Eric, the owner, is extremely knowledgable, helpful, professional, and a very reliable person. I have had really excellent assistance from him several times, and I completely trust him to be honest and fair. I plan to purchase a new boiler furnace and water heater system in the very near future from Air Serve. I've done my research and they come out on top.

I was using a new home warranty for this service appointment due to no heat. I was very pleased with the fast response. In the past I had received resistance from some HVAC companies when a home warranty is involved. This was not the case with this company. Thanks for making this so easy.

Service person (Rob) performed a furnace system check in a professional manner. Explaining through the process of what he was checking. Discussed a possible refurbishment at a later date. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend to future customer.

My pilot light went out on my furnace on a very cold night. Martin said he would be here in 45 minutes, he was right on time. He was personable and very professional. I was relieved to get someone in the evening who answered my call and rushed right out. Thank you Martin..

I'm very pleased with Aire Serv, the service tech is very polite, professional. He was very patient with me as I am a little bit handicapped. He was on time, he troubleshot the problem in my furnace & repaired it quickly. We had heat in less than 30 mins which was greatly appreciated since we'd been without for 5 days because of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank you Aire Serv. We have been using air Serv for many years and have NEVER been dissatisfied. From the top down, they are professional , knowledgeable, timely, polite, honest and friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything related to HVAC or even installing a gas line for a fireplace or grill.

Martin of AirServ came to inspect my very old, very good gravity hot water boiler and help me determine if it had adequate water. He showed me the functioning gauge, told me the optimum reading and explained many other features of the system without unnecessarily advocating for replacement. It is, after all, 110+ years old! We also inspected the expansion tank and determined all is in proper order.

I’m pleased with his knowledgeable service and respectful approach and would recommend to others.

Couple experiences that have been great. Easy to reach, always updating eta's, etc... Definitely better than other services I have used.

I discovered I had a very unusual furnace in one of my rental properties. I had sent in my reg HVAC company and they couldn't help me. They recommenced Aire Serv.
It was late Saturday afternoon when I was able to get a hold of them. The technician showed up at 8 pm that night, had to diagnosis the problem, call is parts provider to get then to open the building for parts and then make the repairs. He was there until midnight making sure my tenants had their heat restored.
This my friends is SERVICE!

Mark was awesome, professional , on time, efficient, polite, knows his business. Second time I used Aire Serve, first time they fixed my AC and other companies wanted to replace it, that was several years ago. Highly recommend!
