    Our furnace quit in the middle on winter. Aire Serv of Spokane was very professional and went above and beyond to get our Furnace replaced with a quality unit, in a very timely manner. Being as they did such a great job on the furnace, we had them replace the tired A/C unit as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of HVAC work done. Thank you Aire Serv.

    I have used AirServ for projects in a couple of different houses and every time they have exceeded expectations. This last project was a high velocity AC system in an old house that is all lathe & plaster with limited access points. BUT even with all of the hurdles the house presented, Eric & crew installed a fantastic spacePak system that works exactly as desired.

    In this summers stretches of 98-105 degree days, the system worked flawlessly. In the case of HVAC systems - you absolutely get what you pay for.

    Update from tenant: "Well whoever came out to do the repairs this time don't ever use them again. Not only did they not redo any of the ductwork they tried to reuse the old spent tape and didn't put it over everything. They didn't seal the air flow so we were losing air and basically the AC was working 10 times harder than it needed to. We were getting extra condensation because we had extra air going inside the condenser and the exchanger was not blowing the air up into the house but blowing it into the garage. They also didn't put the front panels back together and we would have had a problem if we didn't catch this before the furnace because it wouldn't have sealed the gas light properly."

    Aire Serv of Spokane responded to a complaint of water on the furnace room floor of my 83 year mother's home in April 2021. Aire Serve installed the furnace in 2017, four years prior. The technician repaired a leak in the exhaust pipe which was dripping due to their poor glue joint made during the installation for which she paid $85. This did not fix the problem. Mom called again after the furnace floor filled with water a second time. The technician returned and diagnosed the problem as a leak from her sprinkler system coming through the basement wall. Since the basement has never leaked, this seemed like a stretch. She was not billed for that visit but the technician also performed no work. Her son (me) went over and diagnosed the problem as a failed condensate pump and called Aire Serv with that diagnosis. The following morning, a technician came to replace the pump for which they charged Mom $360. The pump is $60 on Amazon. She paid the bill since the problem was fixed even though it was 20 minutes work to replace the pump. Four months later, the water on the furnace room floor was back, this time because the technician damaged the AC condensate line while installing the pump. Her son (me) fixed the leaky AC condensate line and Aire Serve was never contacted even though the leak was clearly from damage caused during replacement of the condensate pump. Now (4 months later) Mom received another $93 bill from Aire Serv for a "diagnostic fee" related to the pump replacement. The bill stated she received a written estimate for repairs. Aire Serv never provided any written estimate nor did they correctly diagnose the problem. Aire Serv is neither competent nor honest. You have been warned.

    AC went out and they were very prompt to send out a tech the same day who did a thorough inspection which required obtaining a new part so couldn't do the repair that day but came the next day, completed the repair and Hooray it worked! Robert, the technician who came both days was very good at explaining the problem, the fix and recommendations for continued care of what we could do ourselves and what servicing we should get in the future. Was very happy in this hot hot weather to have a relatively quick fix.

    Had a great experience with Aire Serve this morning. I called and got an appointment the next morning. Martin was very friendly and helpful. He was on time, and found issue pretty quickly with our AC and was able to fix. He also briefly explained what he was doing and how the system worked. We are excited to have a cool home on our next hot day. I recommend Aire Serve and ask for Martin!

    Eric is incredibly knowledgeable & rather than trying to sell the most profitable product, gave us the best options for our particular situation. His service was quick, installation well done & he made sure everything was perfect. His team is skilled & professional.     We love Aire Serv and would recommend purchasing the "Aire Serv Advantage Plan". It's a yearly maintenance plan that pays for itself if you should ever have an issue. We had Aire Serv come out and do a routine maintenance check on our AC in early June of 2021. In August of 2021, after a prolonged heat wave, we had a capacitor on our 14 year old AC unit go out. To be honest, I was prepared to hear the technician say we would need a whole new AC unit because of its age. Thank God Aire Serv employees are honest and have integrity and care about their customers. The Aire Serv Advantage Plan moved us to the front of the line and got us a priority pricing discount. The technician was at our home for a total of 15 minutes because he was able to diagnose the problem and replace the capacitor with stock he had on hand. We had cool clean air blowing within 15 min of his arrival! Thank you Aire Serv technician Martin Alvarez!

    A/C was not working very well at the outset of this horrible heat wave. I called them Monday a.m, and really did not expect they'd be able to get out same day but they did, and the tech quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was fast and professional and I was so grateful when the air got cooler inside. Actually we purchased both the AC (5 yrs ago) and furnace from them, too, and have been happy with quality and service. Pam
