August 17th a technician came out to service a brand new mini split ac I have that was not cooling.

The technician told me the condenser was not working that there was no power to the condenser and that The electrician who installed it did not do any of the work to code. (Honestly what is it about techs who all say this about each other?)
I called my electrician who has been licensed and working as electrician for over 40 years. He flipped the breakers and “Miracle!” Condenser starts working. He felt so bad for me he did not charge me for coming out.

I still need to get the pressure read on my lines so I called hoping they would come out and make it right. I told them about the breakers. I was told a manager would call me. No call back, I called several times with the same response. Finally i called again and Eric the manager said he was busy and started quickly yelling at me that the electrical was all not to code and illegal, and that they were going to report him. i said honestly, it was a young tech, he didnt flip the breakers and I was merely hoping they were going to come out and make it right. He kept yelling and that was the end of the conversation since he
Would not stop yelling.

I called air serve because my furnace was making noises and sometimes would have this burning type smell. Had a fella come out, he did a very thorough check on my furnace and discovered what the issue was. They had to order the part and once it came in about four or five days later, the fella came back and install the new part and now it purrs like a kitten. They were professional, responsive, on time, and very nice to deal with. Will definitely hire again.

Very expensive. What was supposed to be a basic service call quickly evolved into a 1900 repair. Not to mention I was told that the gas exchange and motherboard only failed when the tech replaced the $200 ignition part. Definitely am questioning whether any of this was legit. Also sad that the respondent is so disgracefully offended by business criticism. That says a lot.

Got our AC up and running again! Very helpful and excellent at explaining everything.
