Evergreen State Heat & AC

After contacting several heating companies I decided to go with Evergreen through a referral . I am restoring my parent's 1973 log home and boy am I glad I contacted Evergreen State, they showed up when they said they would be here, they bent over backwards to accommodate my aesthetic needs , were respectful of the property and now the whole home warms up with a high efficiency gas furnace in a couple minutes vs the 30 minutes plus it took with the dinosaur 1973 electric we had. They took extra care to not only make it work well but look well also, refreshing in this day and age!

My furnace quit working at the worst time of the year, winter. I had to replace my heating unit. I called Evergreen State Heat & AC and a replacement date was scheduled and the technician, Rich, had my new Unit installed within a couple of hours and I had my heat back on. Rich did a great job and he was a professional Installer. Thank you!

We had a new tankless hot water heater installed. Rich & Blake completed everything in a day and the install is very professional, neat & tidy. It was a pleasure working with everyone in the process.

We recently had Evergreen State Heat & AC install a new Trane furnace and Heat Pump at our home in Mukilteo. Mark did an excellent job of meeting with me and consulting on the various options and costs. Once decided upon, he was very prompt in providing the bid and obtaining the approvals from our HOA and City permits.Mark kept in constant contact with me during the entire process.

Rich, Able and Jared did the actual installation & electrical work and were very helpful in answering the many questions i had during this process and were efficient & courteous always. They were prompt in their arrival times and always let me know if they found something unusual or in need of additional repair or replacement. They cleaned up nicely after completion and were a pleasure to have working at our home. I would highly recommend them and this company to anyone looking for the best service at a fair price.

Rich and Leslie gave us lots of good ideas and were crucial to design of our new ductless heat pump system. Cliff and Abel did a great job getting the system installed and running. All were friendly and courteous throughout the process.

Had my furnace serviced by Evergreen over the years and finally needed a replacement. Rich showed up on time, was friendly, and cleaned up afterward. He showed me how to program my thermostat, advised me on maintenance, permitting, and answered all my questions. Love this company!

I just had Evergreen State Heat & AC install a new Trane Air Conditioning system. The whole process was painless from the initial consultation with Leslie to the actual installation. Our Thermostat went out late in the evening on one of the coldest nights of the winter. Jon was called at home during his dinner to come out to fix/replace it. He called to tell me what his ETA was. He was on time and very professional. After replacing the Thermostat he took the time to explain how to use it and answer my many questions. I would have Jon back to our house anytime. We really appreciate him coming at such a late time of day. Thank you Jon.

Cliff and Zach were great. They arrived on time worked until the job was done, They were very professional Cleaned up everything after they were done. You never would have known they were here if you did not see the great looking Trane Heat Pump beside my house. They answered any questions I had and explained the new thermostat to me. You are lucky to have such a great team working for you.

Our heat pump failed recently. I called a few different HVAC contractors.

One that I called was Evergreen State Heating & A/C. Leslie came out the next day to evaluate what we needed and she had a bid back to me that evening with a few different options. We talked some more and agreed on the right system for us and maximized the rebates that were available.
A big bonus was the had a crew that was available for the install a couple of days later.

Leslie called and gave us a window of time that they would arrive, between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, Friday morning. Rich, Cliff and Jerad were all here at or before 7:30 in spite of snowy conditions. They let us know what the plan was and started work immediately. They worked well as a team and were completed and cleaned up by 1:30 the same afternoon, just ahead of the cold weather that is due to show up tomorrow.
