This company did the best job installing a heat pump and two mini-splits at a rental home we own. The city inspector was impressed by the attention to detail and the high quality of workmanship he saw with the installation. Cliff and Abel made sure that everything was running great and Cliff gave me a thorough tutorial on the remotes and the system. Additionally, the office filled out all our warranty documents and filed for the PUD rebate for us so we didn't have to worry about doing that. Service should be this company's middle name. Oh, and Leslie, the Energy Consultant who was our initial contact and from whom we got our quote was professional, informative, and knowledgeable. We would hire Evergreen again without any qualms or reservations.

We also had Evergreen design and install an HVAC system for our own home. Here is my review for that install: This company did an amazing job installing a heat pump, air exchanger, and two mini-splits in our 126 year-old-home. Leslie, the Energy Consultant who was our initial contact and from whom we got our quote was professional, informative, and knowledgeable. Rich then came out to assess our ducting and to get up to speed with what he’d need to do once the installation started. Cliff also double checked every detail prior to the installation date. The install took two days because it was an extensive job. We are thrilled with our new system and the comfort of the heat, both from the mini-splits and from the central ducted part of the system. Cliff, Abel, and Rich did a terrific job and like at our rental house (where Evergreen had installed a mini-split/heat pump system), the city inspector was full of praise for the workmanship and the clean, neat install. Cliff and Abel were thorough and patient while giving tutorials on the remotes and the new thermostat. And, the office filled out all our warranty documents for us. This company and their employees are highly professional and responsive to any questions or issues. We would rehire Evergreen again with no reservations. They are a company that is tops in their industry.

They were great to work with at every step of the way! They worked with the HOA to get plans approved, were able to complete the install in one day, and didn't mind my dog running around trying to help. The system works great and they did a super good job making everything look neat!

Abel and Rich were so awesome! They were early to the job site each day and worked diligently to explain each part of the install and how I can maintenance my new Trane Heat Pump. Trust these review ratings! Evergreen State Heat and AC is the best! Oh - and Leslie was super helpful to work with on the front end!

Leslie is the best! She got out of her way and helped me find out that I can only choose a specific brand of HVAC that goes with my furnace because my home is prewired. It saved me so much time and energy! I really appreciate her help!

Excellent Company to do business with, I had a new furnace installed at a fair price, Process was painless, Rich the Tech that installed the unit was old school, A real craftsman that took pride in his work. Leslie the Energy consultant was helpful, she explained the difference in heater units and provided options for repairs on the old one.

Rich from Evergreen State Heat & A/C did a fantastic job. Great communication, friendly and knowledgable he installed our new furnace with no problems and got us out of the cold! I've used Evergreen in the past to service my old York furnace and was happy to have them replace it.

The Evergreen State serviceman that installed our new furnace was right on time in the morning and completed early. He was very efficient, helpful and answered all of our questions including some suggestions for setting the thermostat. The entire area was cleaned up after the installation was complete which was much appreciated. Thus far we are very satisfied with our purchase and also appreciate the promptness of the service and the professional exchanges. I would definitely recommend Evergreen State Heat & A/C for any furnace or A/C needs.

I am really happy that called Evergreen State Heating & A/C! I am in the process of selling my home and my furnace needed to be serviced and I needed some duct work to be secured in my crawl space.

Jason came out today and finished everything in a very timely manner. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Not only did Jason do an outstanding job but he was super personable and answered every question I had.

My husband and I just want to say thank you to Rich and Able for the professional job they did installing our new HVAC system and furnace. They worked diligently all day in the pouring rain and wind from 7:45am until after 5pm to ensure we would have heat for the weekend. I never saw them take a break. They were very courteous and explained things so I could understand the mechanics of the new unit and how to call for permits. They even got along with my cranky old German Wirehair Pointer! I would highly recommend their services. Leslie was amazing patient and was the best of the three representatives we had out for bids. She was very thorough in her explanation of the of the different systems and helped us make the right choice for our home and budget.
