Evergreen State Heat & AC

Kiel Hutchinson from Evergreen State Heat & AC serviced my furnace today.He was very professional and thorough in all he did as he check each item. He explain some possible area that may cause a problem in the future. Evergreen has serviced my furnace the last seven years and have been a very good company to work with.

Brandon and Rich were on time and installed all equipment efficiently. From start to cleanup they were wonderful to work with. We are happy to continue our business with Evergreen.

My air conditioning stopped working. Called Evergreen State Heat & AC
and they sent out Kiel Hutchinson right away. He did a fantastic job of
finding the problem and explained in detail the alternatives I had. I discussed a short fix or new system. After his explaining all that in detail, I had time to think about it and with his great advice I did not take the short fix and am so happy I didn't. Anyone that has furnace
problems should call Evergreen State Heat & AC.

New furnace installation … a two stage variable speed Trane (Model S9V2C).

Back story … my background … graduated from University of Washington with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I specialized in thermodynamics and fluid-dynamics. In my early yearsI worked for a consulting engineering company (HVAC). Finished my career working in the AerospaceIndustry (42 years).

My first contact and impression with Evergreen State HVAC was with Dustin. I found Dustin knowledgeable in matching the equipment with the heat load and ventilation requirements. `He was also familiar with the installation requirements. Dustin was able to put together these
variables to come up with cost effective systems for his customers to evaluate.

Installation Day ... Our doorbell rang at about 7:55 AM. When I opened the door there were Rich and Brandon … our furnace Installers. They immediately started to work …dismantling the existing furnace with the associated plumbing and ducting … cleaned up the installation area and started fabricating new sheet metal ducting and sized and assembled required plumbing components. Next … assembly and installation of the new furnace with associated parts and assemblies.

Right around three o’clock the required sheet metal ducting, PVC venting, plumbing and electrical system with associated controls and components were assembled and installed ( along with any other functioning components I may have overlooked). Very successful functional and operational tests were run using a programmable thermostat. Happiness! The System met all expectations.

The work area (garage) was spic & span upon completion of the job.

And the Office Staff … Bridget, Lacey, Gloria and Darlene did a great job coordinating our many inquiries and helping schedule permitting and inspections.

Based on my experience in dealing with “Evergreen State Heat& AC “ I found they are a well-managed company with a skillful and experienced employee based workforce. A very congenial group. A real pleasure to work with them.

Rich and Abel did a great job installing our HVAC system. They were efficient, friendly, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. The system is just what we wanted and they did a remarkable job. Highly recommend.

I will add my name to the long list of individuals who have heartily endorsed Evergreen State Heating & Cooling of Everett, Washington. When the 11 year old Rheem had reemed us for the last time, we researched heat pumps really hard. Oddly enough, the difference between brands was miniscule, but it came up over and over again how important it is that the install be done correctly. In other words, don't worry too much about the equipment, get the good installers.

Which brought me to Evergreen State Heating & AC. Stellar reviews, plus, as an added bonus, they install Trane equipment, which was the brand that I had really wanted to try this second time around. Leslie, our sales representative, was our first contact with this company and she explained everything at a level of detail that we could understand. She not only gave us a very fair bid, but she educated us.

The installers came today and although I've forgotten their names, they were EXCELLENT! After the last remodel, when the heat pump actually was moved to another location, well, the re-install didn't go so well. My fault for being a cheapskate, but now that I look at this install, oh boy, it is so much cleaner. The guys who installed it were here all day and they were personal and polite all the way. Just very, very pleased so far with this company.

Finally, they leave behind some literature and their telephone numbers, including actual names of real live people that work there, that you should ask to speak with if a problem arises. In this day and age, this attention to detail and commitment to customer service, is very, very hard to find.

My husband has hired Evergreen State HVAC for his Property Management Co. for many years. He decided to use your firm for our home service 5+ years ago and I am always taken aback by the professionalism and knowledge of each member of your team. We have four separate and individually contained HVAC Systems for our large family & recently had Evergreen relocate and replace a complicated system that didn't work right from the beginning. Leslie came by to "engineer" and begin the process.... Rich, the installer who coordinated with me every step of the way, Bill the electrician, Cliff the programmer and Andrew the right hand man all worked seamlessly and just as Rich had described. The team arrived and finished up each day EXACTLY as planned. The work was completed on time and all areas were even CLEANER than before! THANK YOU for ALL that you have done! There hasn't been a single morning that I've woken up to a 62 degree bedroom or bath!! I already know about the service as I've experienced Gary and his knowledgable & caring team for years now! Cliff and Zach installed our heat and A/C unit at the company I work for. They did a wonderful job. Were very fast, polite to everyone, but most of all made sure there job was done right! Very Happy with the heat and A/C, we have been using it every day.
