Just completed install of new Multi-Zone Ductless Heat Pump/AC units in my home and couldn’t be happier!! Starting with the in home consultation/price quote with Leslie who was very informative, polite and professional to the actual installation of the units. Able, Brandon and Jared were an excellent team who made sure the job was done accurately, on time and were very respectful of my home and property. They followed up with a visit to answer any questions that I had and to make sure I was completely satisfied and to let me know that I can call them directly with any future questions. Customer service/satisfaction is a rarity these days and they knocked it out of the park!! Great job Evergreen State Heat and AC!!

We had Evergreen State Heat & AC replace our furnace last week. The sales consult with Dustin was easy and efficient. Dustin listened to what I wanted and presented me with several options that would meet my needs. The install was performed by Rich and his assistant Matt. They arrived on time, worked hard through the whole day, keeping the place clean as they worked. The install of our new furnace looks and works great. When Rich left our home the only clue I had that he had been there was our new furnace installed and operating. He left the place totally clean. I am grateful to deal with competent professionals that are concerned with pleasing their customers. Thanks from the Beal family.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Evergreen with the installation of our new furnace. Leslie was prompt in getting back to us with scheduling since we were without heat for several days. Rich was thorough and professional with the installation of the furnace and left no debris behind at all. He helped us program our new thermostat and made sure everything was in working order before he left.

Wow! These guys are off the chart GREAT! They were very good about offering options with pros and cons for the repair or replacement. They were on time, completely professional! Our heater has never worked so good! I’m so grateful that I was referred to them by a friend that knew they were trust worthy!

We have had Evergreen State service our old furnace for years. Always very professional. When it was time to replace, upgrade and add AC, we called Evergreen. Leslie was very thorough in her inspection and bid. Our house was sold with an unfinished daylight basement. Once it was finished by the previous owner, the furnace and return wasn't enough for the double square footage and the basement was always cold. Rich came to inspect and create a plan to add a second return in the basement He is a genius!! It was a pleasure to work with Rich and Abel. They were both so polite, engaging and always called my little dog by name. They care about their work and attention to detail. Abel helped me set up the new digital thermostat and gave me a tutorial. Both always explained each step of the process. It was a pleasure to work with them. So happy to have heat!

We have recently purchased a large older home and wanted to add air conditioning. We talked to several companies and we were told that we would not be able to add central air conditioner units to our furnace system. When Evergreen came in they were able to find a solution and scheduled the install immediately. Rich and Abel did a fantastic job with the installation and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend them!

We had a new furnace and heat pump installed last month. Leslie was great at helping us figure out what the best product was for our situation. Bill, Rich, Cliff and Zach came each day on time and did their installation with competence. They made sure we understood how to use the new system and cleaned up everything as they went along. We are enjoying the perfect temperatures in our home no matter how hot or cold it is outside.

I am loving my new heat pump from Evergreen State Heating and AC! After getting several bids, Evergreen was by far the most affordable and Leslie was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Rich, Cliff and Levi installed the units in two days. They were a great group and did and excellent install, were respectful of my space and cleaned up, and were great with my dog. They did an excellent job and I would recommend to a friend!

Evergreen installed our heat pump several years ago - their estimator was professional, thorough and provided us with a very competitive bid. We've been very happy with the services Evergreen provides. The annual pre-paid maintenance program is great, recently Kiel Hutchinson was out to service our system. He patiently answered all of my questions about our heat pump and thermostat, with great detail. Evergreen stands behind their products and we've only had positive interactions with their technicians and office staff. I highly recommend them!

Had Evergreen Heat & AC install Mitsubishi mini ductless heat pump. Everything great start to finish. Leslie came first explained everything to our satisfaction. Measured space and gave us a price. At install time Abel and Jacob came and did a neat clean install, a small electric issue, not there fault. Had a bad part from supply house, but trust us there word is good, did get us in heat and cooling and said they would be back later with a new part and they did just as they said.
Highly recommend Evergreen Heat & AC, no games in the bidding, just did as they bid, fair price up front, no arm twisting.
