Evergreen State Heat & AC

Evergreen was quick to respond to our email introduction, and also very prompt with future questions sent via email. We did not communicate with them over the phone.

Evergreen's first visit to do a walkthrough and provide an estimate was performed by Blaine, and he was also thorough, professional, and friendly. He spent an hour discussing our original heating setup and options for upgrading the system while walking through the house and yard.

The crew who came out to install AC and replace our gas furnace did an excellent job. Rich was professional and friendly, and had great explanations on the planning he did when taking measurements two days prior to the job. Brandon did the startup testing and was also a pleasure to work with. I do not remember the electrician's name, but he did a clean job on the new electrical circuits and wiring. Their installation took roughly 10 hours (7:30a-5p), and the AC has worked perfectly since then. The new furnace had a manufacturer defect on a high pressure switch, so the heat didn't turn on consistently. Evergreen ordered and brought out the replacement part a few days later. It was not an issue since we weren't using heat this time of year.

The mechanical inspection was performed yesterday with zero concerns. Overall, we are very satisfied with Evergreen's service, and will be going through them for future servicing/maintenance needs.

I have been an Evergreen State Heat & AC customer since 2000. I have found that their employees have always been very thorough in their jobs and have explained what has been or needed to be done in an easily understood way. Recently Jon was the technician that came to my house for my annual maintenance on my heat pump and furnace. He did a great job checking everything out and left the work area cleaned up. I also had a new Honeywell thermostat installed and he went over all the settings with me. Can't go wrong with Evergreen State Heat & AC!

Jon called when on his way, arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He explained how and what he would be doing to perform the routine maintenance, as well as, trouble shot a problem we were having with our thermostat (turns out it was "operator error"). He also gave me tips for cleaning and maintaining the system myself for in between servicing. He was quick, thorough and efficient! Every interaction I have had with the employees at Evergreen Stat Heat & AC, whether service calls or on the phone, have been pleasant and helpful! Will definitely recommend them!

What a great professional team! I got a new mini split heating and air-conditioning system with heat pump. They were very quick and what a clean installation! I am very happy with their work! Good price too.

Rich and Stephen installed a new gas furnace for us yesterday and did a fantastic job. Our furnace was broken so their fast turnaround and flexibility was very much appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure the install was up to code, were very professional, and left things spotless when they left. We got 3 bids and Evergreen was by far the lowest. We used Evergreen 10+ years ago for a Heat Pump and they did a great job for us then as well. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Evergreen has a tight operation. Scheduling an initial meeting and walkthrough was quick and easy. A few days before the installation a guy came out to measure everything so that install day went smoothly. Install day the team showed up on time, they wore masks, they were conscientious, and friendly. They walked me through everything they did to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves. Great service from sales to installation and the price was right for us. Highly recommend.

Rich (foreman/supervisor with 20 years of experience) and Able (over 6 years of experience) came and installed a brand new furnace. They were professional and friendly. They did an exceptional job and explained the entire process to me and answered all my questions. I could tell they both enjoyed their jobs and working for the company. They represented the company well and I will definitely recommend them and the company to anyone who needs to install a new furnace. After they had finished the work, they cleaned everything and even did extra work around the furnace and under my house to make sure everything was secured/sealed and fastened. Rich Miller came to our home and replaced our 25 year old furnace, electronic air cleaner, and thermostat. He was on time, professional, cleaned up after himself, efficient and so friendly! Our house is comfortable and the furnace is so quiet! Highly recommend.

Jared inspected our house prior to installing our ductless heat pump to determine how to run the electrical. I wanted the lines to run through our attic crawl space and he was able to accommodate me. Abel did the mechanical installation. Both were professional and courteous. The job was done without a problem in one day, and the installation is neat and clean. I highly recommend this team of Leslie, Jared and Abel. As a homeowner, it was reassuring to have everything go so smoothly.

Rich installed our gas furnace today, replacing our old one. Very, very nice man and quite personable. He had it all done in excellent time and a good 2 1/2 hours sooner than we thought it would be. We are very pleased with this company and their service. Would not hesitate to recommend them or to have Rich in my home again.
