Evergreen State Heat & AC

Evergreen State Heat & AC were professional and helpful from start to finish! There were a lot of options for replacing my old furnace, and I got all the help I needed in making an educated selection. On install day, Rich and Abel were friendly, efficient, and had my new furnace installed and running by the end of the day!

Evergreen State did an excellent job installing my new heat pump system. The guys doing the work were Rich, Abel, Jake and Jared - they were all knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my desires concerning where and how the equipment was to be installed.

One of my biggest priorities was that the new system be QUIET, as the outdoor pump unit needed to be installed next to the master bedroom exterior wall - the old unit was too noisy. So, after some research and upon Evergreen's recommendation, I had the XV19 heat pump installed. And, it met my expectations - I can't hear it in the bedroom at all.

Rich, Jake & Abel were very efficient, professional and courteous.
Not only did they install our new heat pump & furnace but also removed our 41 year old fireplace insert with lots of effort (Heavy old thing). Also can not forgot the service we were given by Leslie, big reason we went with Evergreen State Heating. Professional and new her stuff.

Kyle came out to our home to do a pre-moving inspection on our furnace. He and his partner (I didn't catch his name) were awesome! Not only did they seem very knowledgeable, they were honest, on-time, and saved me money by taking the extra time and washing my filter instead of trying to sell me a new one! They gave me tips on what to do to keep my furnace healthy for the next owner of the home. I really appreciate a company that treats their employees with respect. Evergreen State Heat and AC is a union company that assures their employees earn a living wage and seems to keep them very happy. Thank you for your honest service!

Rich, Abel and Jerod were great installing our new Trane furnace and AC. What a great team Evergreen has. Quality work, professionalism and easy to work with from start to finish. Lesly was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what type of unit we needed for our hone. Great service all around.

We live in a manufactured home, and our furnace and heat pump needed to be replaced because of age and deterioration. We asked around, and several residents of the 55+ community recommended Evergreen State Heat & AC. We contacted them about a week ago, and the phone person was courteous and knowledgeable about his business. He scheduled a consultant to come visit us, and she brought descriptive material of the various options that we had. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable, fielding our questions with expertise. Before leaving, she made a series of measurements both of the space for our furnace and the heat pump in back. She also measured all windows in our house. When she left, she said that she would e-mail us a proposal for a Train system om a few days. She did as promised, and we selected the options that we wanted, along with having our duct work cleaned.

Today a five man crew appeared, took out our furnace and heat pump, and installed the new one. Each member of the crew was polite and knowledgeable. They engaged in creative problem solving on the spot, and they always checked with us for our approval before making a change from what had been. The job took them longer than expected, but we did not receive any grumbling whatsoever. Everyone was polite and extremely professional. The finished product looks much better than our old equipment, and it functions quite well. I am extremely pleased with the result, including their after the fact clean-up. I can recommend this company without reservation based upon my experience today! (1/16/2019)

Today we had Evergreen State Heat & A/C installed a new Trane gas furnace in our home. The installer name was "Rich". He did an outstanding job installing the furnace. He was extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and a true sheet metal craftsman!!! We are totally satisfied with the whole experience we had with Evergreen State from start to finish!!! UPDATE, July 2020: Keith came out for my initial FREE service call and provided EXCELLENT service. He called first and arrived ON TIME. He checked out everything and gave me great instruction on maintaining my system between "pro" visits - especially the electronic air filter. He also helped me relocate the condensate pump so it wasn't touching the ductwork - therefore would be less noisy when operating. Special COVID-related note: he wore a face covering and was conscientious about keeping it covered. THANKS, and Great Job Keith! I'm still glad I went with Evergreen State and recommend you do the same!

Rich, Abel and Jarod arrived exactly when they said they would and did a great job installing our new heat pump. They worked efficiently and left the place looking like they had never been here when they were done.

In fact, I would say punctuality is this company's strong suit as I had Keith come out the following week to answer some questions and he was right on time, as was the electrician who has a couple things to finish off. So refreshing in a world of contractors who seem to think it's OK to show up whenever they want and hardly ever call you back.

Kudos to Leslie, Lacey and Devon on their customer service as well. Leslie answered literally dozens of questions for me during the bidding process, and her responsiveness and professionalism was the reason I decided to go with Evergreen State Heat & AC! Thank you!

I must say, these guys are amazing. Patient, quality, thorough work and personable employees.

After a few scheduling mess ups (my fault), Rich Miller arrived to install my furnace. My house is challenging on a good day due to the previous owner's deferred maintenance plan. Rich took the surprises in stride and offered thoughtful solutions that didn't break the bank.

The Evergreen team is wonderful. When our hot water heater started leaking, after determining it was not repairable we had a new one within two days. Evergreen has also been our go-to HVAC provider for years so I knew they were the ones to count on. Thank you Evergreen State!
