Justin and his team were awesome. Justin went over his quotes with me and answered all my questions and concerns. Once I committed to a ductless system his team did a great job installing the equipment and explaining/answering my questions. Norman set up and tested my units and gave a thorough explanation of how to use it. Everyone I met at Campbell & Company were professional, helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Adan came over for routine maintenance and discovered an issue with my nearly brand new system. He could have put off getting the parts and fixing it on Monday. It was Friday evening, but he stayed late to resolve the problem so we didn't have to go without air conditioning over the hot weekend. I am very impressed with his transparency and willingness to put in the hard work.

The employee sent to take an initial look at my AC that was not working properly was on time, friendly, and professional. They were knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was the same person scheduled to come back and complete the maintenance. My AC is working great now.
