They were able to check the cooling system on the same day and fixed what need to be fixed right away. He let me know what I should do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening. He was quick, efficient, friendly and the service was affordable. I will be using them in the fall for maintenance as well based off the visit today.

The whole process went very smooth and professional. Jonny went above and beyond with the process of making my choice of product. Frankie and Diego did an amazing job with the installation. They were clean and precise with everything they did, very pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend A-One to everyone one.

My pool had lost power and I called A-One. They sent out a very knowledgeable electrician the next day who helped fix my problem and found a few more! He was very personable and professional! I will definitely be using their services again!

Absolutely amazing experience. They answered my call right away and had Johnny (Co-owner) come out to my house within a couple hours. He gave us a competitive quote for an HVAC replacement and said they have all the parts in stock and could be there the following morning to install our new system. With a newborn baby at home, it meant a lot that they could have it completed so fast. To make a good experience, even better, they brought portable AC units to keep our house is cool as possible until they could get there the next day. They arrived at 7:45am and were finished by 5pm. They even vacuumed and cleaned up the house for us. Thank you all again! You have a customer for life.

This is a long overdue review/shout out. 2 years ago when the first heat blast hit the Tri, our central AC of course goes out! My Mother In Law had passed away on Mother's Day, and her burial memorial service was 2 days away.
I called A-One that morning and they came over within 3 hours to troubleshoot,even though it was the hottest day to that point and they had numerous calls for other broken ACs. They discovered a non repairable leak in the system and told me I needed to replace the AC unit. Knowing that it was going to me super hot all weekend, and having to drive to Seattle the next day, they sent a rep over 2 hrs. later to discuss price of a new unit. I explained my situation and that I would need to leave for Seattle no later than 1:30pm the next day. They let me know that a new replacement unit was in stock, that they could come over as early as 7:00am. and that the install would be complete before I needed to leave.
The crew arrived at 6:45am the next morning, and had the install finished by 12:35pm!!
A-One absolutely exceeded my expectations as far as customer service, speed of install, really super friendly crew and I am truly grateful to them for recognizing my time constraints and the sensitivity of the situation!

A-one came out to do a season tuneup for us (which had turned into a service and repair visit shortly after we made the appointment when we found that we didn’t have an air conditioning). The technician found that the outdoor unit had some major issues. For a little bit more of a price difference, we found that it would be better to purchase a new heat pump rather than try to fix a unit that was almost out of warranty. They had an opening for the install the next day (when the temperature would be well into the 90’s). The installation began shortly before 8:00 AM, and after having to do a lot of troubleshooting to get all systems to work together correctly, by 4:00 PM, we finally had air conditioning for the first time this season (1 week after temperatures hit 90+ degrees). The courtesy and professionalism of the technician, salesman and installer was A-one! We would highly recommend their services!

Had the pleasure of meeting with Josh for an estimate. He was on time, thorough, personable, and professional. Everything I had questions about, he was able to answer/explain appropriately. Definitely recommend!

I inquired on-line and the next morning I had a call back from A-One. The technician showed up and diagnosed the problem immediately. I needed a new capacitor and he had one and replaced it immediately. He also had an air-specialist come to give further advice. This is a professional company with fair pricing and qualified technicians.

Heat pump went out on a 95+ degree day. Chad came out and got me up and running. Bought the system from owner Kyle 6 years ago and the A-One customer service has been second to none. Highly recommend!!!

Victor is a very knowledgeable and professional A One Refrigeration & Heating Service Technician. We had to replace our compressor due to failing produce cold air. He took the time to explained in easy terms what transpired during his visit. He educated me on what to do to prevent similar problems in the future. I couldn’t be happier with the results; I have cold air now and I’m ready for summer. The whole process with A One is straight forward, honest, pleasant, completely and satisfying.
