Our AC went out during the hottest day of the year so far. Understandably A One was not able to make it out the same day, but was available the first thing the next day (Sunday). TJ was great, confirmed it was a warranty problem and A One delivered a portable AC unit the following day. Great company, highly recommended!

They were not only prompt... had an early spot open up and fit us early & AC fix a blessing. As always very professional and kind. Our service techs Chad and Diego were great! Thank you A-One Team!

We got a whole new HVAC system installed by them. They were on time, very polite. Answered all of our questions.
The only complaint I had was that they spilled water on our carpet(large spot) We found the spill after they left. Luckily it was only water. Other than that all of the young men who came (Freddy, Tanner & Marty) were wonderful!

Had A-One Refridgeration come out and gave me a bid for a new hvac system on a Thursday afternoon and was installing it early Friday morning. This an exceptional company. If I could rate them with ten stars, I would. They’re the best of the best! They did all the footwork for us from dealing with the local PUD to arranging financing through a local credi union. The installers (Tanner and Freddy) were unbelievable. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and very tidy. My garage looked better when they got done than before they started. Everything happened right on schedule as promised. They worked for 12 straight hours with never a complaint. What an incredible company. I would highly recommend A-One Refridgeration to any one and EVERYONE!

I have been using this company for several years now since my previous company failed me miserably. They were servicing the HVAC system in both my home and townhouse rental properties. Countless times they would find a problem that required a replacement part costing me hundreds of dollars each time! I decided to try another company and man I am so glad I did. The 1st time that A One came to service our HVAC the technician told my husband that he needed to go down in the crawl space and see what condition it was in. And it was horrible. I had wasted what added up to be a few thousands of dollars on an old debilitated system that was in need of replacing. And that is exactly what we did. Too bad for the old service company because they could have sold us a new system instead of milking us for parts. Armature’s obviously. A One promised us that they had only experienced technicians instead of hiring new grads to save a buck. They have delivered exactly what they promised. I have used them at my rental property ever since until I sold it. Today was no different when we started having problems with our hot water on Sunday I left an email and they called me the next morning at 8:30 apologies for it being so late in the day 😆. And again the technician only took a few minutes to point out that the 20 year old tank needed replacing and not worth the money for servicing. It wasn’t up to code either. He also made a few recommendations for my Kenetico water system needed some service at just a glance. And I learned something new about that also. Thank you Chad for pointing that out. They will be here tomorrow morning. After following your prompt response to getting us set up with a new, up to date and code hot water system. I feel confident that I am in good hands with them every time I receive service. I hope that this review will be helpful to others that are looking for a reliable service. I forgot to mention that when we were struck by lightning in the storms of 2015 how prompt they were to get here and fix the electrical problems caused by the lightning storm! Forever grateful for this awesome service company!

Jonny was very professional and helpful when he came to give us an estimate and the electrician that came out to replace the electrical panel was great as well! Right on time to get the job done!

I will not recommend your company to anyone. Your sales person is either incompetent, or you are trying to get away with your company having to do electrical panel upgrades. He was not even interested in looking at my panel, which needs to be upgraded in order for new a/c and furnace installation. Not only that, you are the highest priced company out there. Only way to post this is giving you 1 star

We had a circuit breaker issue. Abe from A-One arrived on time after calling ahead. He checked the panel, the breaker, wiring, outlets, and quickly resolved the issue. I appreciated how professional and conscientious he was, as well as explaining about everything he was checking and answering all my questions.

I heard advertisements on our local 610 KONA radio station for A-One. I called them for a HVAC system checkup. They were on time, professional and did a great job at an affordable price. The service tech Patrick was knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend A-One for any of your HVAC needs.
