Unfortunately, our AC unit had failed overnight when it was projected to be 100 degrees + the following day. I called AOne for their reputable work, and they urgently jumped on helping us out. The dispatchwr was kind, and thorough, and she had a tech out in the morning, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. Tyson was able to get the AC running in only an hour. Tyson not only did his job, but was friendly, kind, and I felt like he truly cared that my family and toddler got the AC going before the heat came. I appreciate his customer service, his professionalism, as well as his sense of urgency. I cannot recommend AOne enough.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with A-One Refrigeration. We were referred to the company by a family member after losing A/C in last weeks heat wave. It was time for an upgrade on our 30 year old HVAC system. They had an associate out the next day and our new system was installed a few days later. Other companies were booked out until the end of the month for installations! Nick was personable and broke down models in a honest and clear manner. The prices they quoted us were very fair and competitive. They even brought us a portable A/C unit to keep us cool until the new system was installed. The installers we interacted with were all very friendly and professional. It was evident that costumer service and satisfaction is a priority. We were very impressed with the entire experience and will be recommending A-One to others in the future.

They came out and didn't even check the refrigerant levels. Spent 200 dollars and the issue is still there. I have to go outside every hour and hose down my condenser so that the house doesn't overheat. It was 93 inside yesterday. Looks like I'll be using a different company in the future.

I have used A1 for the past couple years for tuneups on my systems at both my rental and my home. They are always extreamly nice and knowledgeable.

I recently swapped to A-1 after years of frustration with C&C. The technician was awesome !!! They came to my house, found the problem with my Heating damper that was stuck. He fixed it free of charge. Finally a company that is not just about the "bottom line". This was the third time that they have come out since I changed service, Competence, Quality, professionalism and most important, very fair to the customer. My only regret is waiting so long to change service providers for my Heating and Cooling maintenance.
