Called yesterday evening right before closing. They sent someone (Matt) first thing this morning. He was polite and friendly out the gate. He found the problem, told me the cost, and fixed it in just over an hour. He even charmed the barky neighbor dog! He’s a gem! Thanks for being so quick!

Andy was quick to respond to our needs. We had asked several other companies in town for help with little luck on getting them to stick to their promised service appointment. Andy showed up, gave us an overview, ordered the needed parts and came to install them as promised. The most impressive part is he didn’t want to miss his deadline he promised for install and came (after asking if it was OK) at 6:30PM and left at 8PM, ensuring we had what we asked for and as promised. Highly recommend SOLSTICE for service and quality of work!

My AC died on one of the hottest days of the summer, of course. I called Solstice Heating and Air, thinking it might take a couple of days to get someone to come out. But a technician showed up just as it started getting dark (so, 8:30 or so at night). He replaced something and we were back in business within half an hour. After reading horror stories from friends who had called other companies and had to wait for several days, or a sales guy showed up instead of a service technician, I was SO GRATEFUL. Would highly recommend Solstice!
