Dayco Heating & Air Conditioning

Matt was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the perfect solution for our thermostat issues. When we bought the house it had one of those online services that provide security and equipment to control the heat and AC in the house. It never worked right and when we canceled the service, we never could get the system they installed to work properly.

After almost two years of struggling with it, we contacted DAYCO and Matt immediately had it figured out and gave us an economical, easy to afford solution.

The technician was quick and helpful. He explained what he was doing. Didn’t care for the poor customer service when calling the office. The technician was a little behind. I called the office to find out when he would arrive, the only answer I received is was he’d be there within the time window. This was extremely unhelpful since the window had already passed. Just wish they had better customer service and more communication. I wasted 3 hours of my time for a 15 minute diagnostic.

Dayco checks all the boxes. Amazing service. Techs are very knowledgeable, and will take time to explain everything to you. So far all the techs I have dealt with have gone the extra mile, and made the experience great. I will never use anyone else but Dayco.
I recommend them to everyone. I signed up for the monthly service plan and signed my mother up as well, and it has totally paid for its self....so worth it!!!!

When our A/C stopped cooling the house we called a different company to fix it - they charged $129 for a service charge but just wanted to sell us an entirely new system for $15k. We heard good things about Dayco and called for a 2nd opinion. The Technician, Seth, was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get our existing system up and running in less than an hour for the $99 service charge + the materials cost of coolant added. Our house has already cooled down - thank you for coming to the rescue Dayco! We will use them the next time we need help for sure.

Dayco has been our “go to”for a long time. After installation in a new home iwe have continued on with a maintenance program and we have been very pleased. All personnel are profession, prompt and very proficient. Our tech sun today was Jacob and he was great

Our A/C-Heat pump went out and we needed a whole new setup. I called Justin at Dayco and explained our situation, the appointment was made for 2 days later! J. Carl Garner and his partner came out and installed a whole new A/C with a heat pump. plus all new piping and new thermostat. They both were so amazing and professional and cleaned up as they were working. They both walked me through on how to use my new thermostat, which is easier than I was expecting. A few days later I had 2 electricians show up to upgrade the breakers so they were as new and efficient as the new unit. I'm so grateful for Justin and his crew at Dayco! Thank you for making my summer more enjoyable!!!!

Seth went above and beyond and found black mold we didn’t know was growing in our duct work. He took his time to educate us about what he found and what can be done about it. Seth is exceptional! I am always very grateful to have Dayco helping us out!
