Very happy with our heatpump removal and new system install. They were professional, courteous, and on time for their appointment. Their quality was spot on. They even offered a portable ac unit to help us make it until our installation. Thank you Jorge and Enoes.

Arrived a little before scheduled time (which was great). He was very professional, introduced himself and was very personable. He did the maintenance efficiently and in the time he said he thought it would take him. Explained what steps he had taken and ask if I had any questions when he completed the routine maintenance. Great experience and company.

Matt helped us get our heatpump issue resolved and got us signed up for the upgraded service plan which saved us a significant cost we would have incurred otherwise.

Nick is very professional and tells you every thing that he is doing and takes time to answer all questions. Very nice person.

Always I on time and very good at his job

Seth came out to replace air filters and give an overall check on the HVAC system and was awesome! He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I signed up for the twice a year maintenance program and Seth was very friendly and professional.

Jacob was great. He walked me though everything before and after he did it, what it all meant, and what needed it didn’t need to be done. He cared about me as a customer and my system. He didn’t try to push things on me I didn’t need, which some companies do.

Dayco technicians Enoes and Raul were the best. They were experienced, competent, professional, and very pleasant. Our residential heat pump installation went very smoothly, and the workmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Dayco Heating and Air, and especially Enoes and Raul.
Also, kudos to Mike of Remcoe Electric and his apprentice Taylor, who did the electric power connections and circuit breaker installation on the main panel. Excellent work done quickly and competently.

I have always used Dayco for maintenance etc. on my HVAC System - I always will. Dayco couldn’t be better to deal with from scheduling the appointment, communicating the time of arrival, and continuing right on through to the completion of work. Seth, was my most recent technician and I’m thankful he was… He performed the routine maintenance on our system, but because he is so thorough, he was able to diagnose and fix a problem I was noticing recently and in the past… he explained what was happening, took care of the issue, and offered up his recommendations for future maintenance. I was relieved… Thank you Seth and Dayco.
