I'm driving behind one of their drivers, who's truck door is LITERALLY being held together with a safety tie? They have metal poking out the back, which could just fly out if those safety ties were to break. I called to let them know this is a safety hazard hoping they weren't aware that the truck is in this condition, and they followed up with "we've been doing it for years with no problems" as if that eliminates the safety hazard of it. I have my newborn baby in the car, if something flies out and hits my car, or anyone's car for that matter, the years of no problems is going to be a huge problem.

Jeff and his team at the Pasco branch are great ! and will do whatever it take to help me out with all my supply needs and the best on warranty help.

Literally hung up on me asking on how to setup an account as a contractor. Completely unprofessional avoid at all costs.
