We are so impressed by the service we received that we are immediately switching to Pancho's from another company we've used for at least 13 years. Our furnace is in the crawlspace & we've been getting worrisome reports from the technicians servicing it. Needing a second opinion,
we received a recommendation for Pancho's. Michael put our minds at ease by assuring us that our system is functioning properly and there's no need to consider replacing it at this time. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. The customer service is superb.

Amazing customer service scheduling was so easy very informative and detailed in every part of service made sure I understood each step and walked me threw all my options fixed every thing plus more runs so much quieter and efficient now the installation was so clean and quick I highly recommend them!! every step of service was exceptional and above anything I could have imagined made my headache and horrible situation something I could managed and they made it easy for me call them for any of your needs

I hate to leave a bad review. But I feel it’s deserved. I called for an estimate. But this company has no need for my business. They must have so much business that I don’t matter. I explained that I am closing on a house and I need the estimate before my closing date. But that since I am not in the house yet, my real estate agent needs to open the door and to be there (by law). Ponchos would not work out an appointment time. If I do not want a 3 hour window, they will not give me an estimate. Okie dokie.

I almost hired these no good, tax avoiding company. I had called this company to come check out my heating/cooling unit. I know what I needed and told them if they could if it. They gave me a quote and i knew this was a great deal because i know other companies were a lot more expensive. The service call was $80. After a few days after agreeing on the quote I called and said what's going on. They replied that everyone was busy at the time. Let alone we were in september. I called again and again the same reply, everyone is busy. So I decided to go in and talk to them myself and see what's going on. I go in there waiting while the front girl is taking her sweet time smoking that cigarette. I mean they just opened. After speaking with her, they replied that there were other more important people to take care of first before me. So I said, so pretty much you guys took my money and never wanted to go back out. She responded with, pretty much. I walked out and called Campbell. It was $400 more but at least they came out and delivered what they said they were going to do.

I took time off work to schedule two appointments with Panchos and they canceled the appointment 1 hour before their agreed arrival time

Very professional and friendly service (have used their services twice). Reasonable prices for the services performed. Would recommend to family and friends (and have). They are straightforward, polite, and honest and would continue doing business with this company. Thank you, "Panchos"!

He was fast reliable and the jobs have been done well on time and on budget. I have used him a number of times and will continue to use his company. Just called last night as my furnace went out. Got a call at 7:30 AM and shortly after 8:15 my furnace is fixed. Does it get any better than that?

What a wonderful experience it was dealing with this company! We were 2 days away from closing on the sale of our home when the A/C stopped working. We called them and explained the situation and they were at the house within a few hours. Diagnosed, and repaired quickly! Thankfully, it was an inexpensive fix. We called at noon and our system was up and running before 3. That’s saying something because we live in Othello. Our service tech Michael was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fast. I was blown away. He had exactly the parts we needed (motor bearings, heat sensors) and had it fixed before we could stress. I highly recommend Poncho’s, they took the stress right out of what is usually a stressful process.
