They responded quickly, immediately identified and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. The repairman was friendly and professional. He did not try to pressure me into a new system like their competitors. I will use them in the future.

Ponchos is our go to Heating and Air guy. He or an employee have done several jobs now, from a simple blown fuse to 2 full HVAC installs with another full new system coming this year. I think he is fair with pricing and does a great job. It's so hard to find honesty and someone who has pride in their work; Poncho has both of these attributes. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my family and friends.

Called at 9 am tech. Michael arrived at 2 pm problem analized and repaired by 2:45. Hottest day of the year and Panchos came thru. Price was also very good. They are now my go to HVAC company.

Excellent service and rapid response time. I hadn't heard of them previously so I was skeptical. These guys are top notch all around as far as I can tell. Very knowledgeable and informative.

My furnace caught fire and I have talked to them once now they ignore my calls so I used a diffrent phone and they picked up on the second ring I will not be doing any business with this joke of a company I live 45 miles from town and the don't care so I am going to do my business with Chinook Heating and Air atleast they are honest
