Total Quality Air

I was introduced to Total Quality Air through a home insurance provider. The service gals were also very helpful and responsive. I had my entire furnace and AC installed which was completed in two days time. The crew worked diligently having to deal with a tight space where my 20 year old unit once was. I can honestly say the crew did an amazing job overall and the work looks great.

Let me start off by saying I am a very tough customer to please.

I ordered a brand new HVAC system to be installed in my house from scratch, all new ducting, new vents, new air handler... EVERYTHING!

The units I had chosen to be installed weren't going to be available for months, so Total Quality Air opted to upgrade the units while maintaining the promised estimated install price and time-line.

Their techs then toiled away in my sweltering attic for two weeks to get everything installed properly. They then went back over their work to make sure everything was up to standard and to my satisfaction.

All this while dealing with a picky, stubborn and impatient customer breathing down their necks (me).

They earned their 5-star rating from me. I look forward to many years of continued relationship with this company and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Name says it all Total Quality. Have been using this company over 10 years have nothing but good things to say about them. The parts they use are quality, the equipment is just the best, their personnel are professionals, when I call to schedule a system service I talk to an actual person. Strongly recommend this company for any heating and air services you might need.
My old 11 year old system is still running like new.

Was able to get me in before my scheduled appt, was on time and was able to take of me right on the spot! Gave me a lot good information and very friendly! Great service!

Not an honest business. Technician arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. Then he tried to charge $800 for a generic condenser fan motor, which costs $100 on amazon. When I asked why they were charging 8 times the normal price, he said it was company policy.

Carlos and Francisco were very professional, knowledgeable, took their time to do a fantastic job. We appreciate the hard work!

Jose was our tech to service our gas fireplace which needed a part replaced. Was professional and it is working great. Everything was cleaned and painted upon completion so it looks brand new. Thank you!!
