Steve was very professional and helpful in diagnosing and repairing our AC unit. He completed a thorough diagnostic and ensured small things not performed by the original installer were fixed before leaving (electrical wiring and components properly secured and protected). Wonderful Service with excellent results.

I had a mini split system installed in my pre fab in Richland and could not be happier with the results. Their estimator was the only one who actually went into my attic and underneath my home, took actual measurements of my home and listened when I told him what I wanted and explained pros and cons. The other 3 could not be bothered and all tried to sell me on a system I did not want. Their service techs were wonderful. Efficient and very patient explaining the process to me. They left both my home and yard very clean after the installation. The system installed is working just as I hoped, very pleased with the whole process. I would highly recommend True Quality for anyone needing HVAC installation or servicing.

Thank you so much Total Quality Air! I called around to have my AC checked out. It went out unexpectedly. Most places did not even answer or return my call. Total Quality not only treated me like their favorite customer but did an amazing job!! He found the problem within minutes of being at our home. He had the part ON HAND!!! And he still looked over everything else that would have been checked in my service call. I definitely got my money’s worth. Steve was not only professional but Knowledgeable and helpful! If everyone at your office is as kind and customer service oriented as your receptionist and Steve the technician then you set the standard! My first review ever because Steve was that good. I was introduced to Total Quality Air through a home insurance provider. Steven was the technician and helped to identify the problem. He and his team were then able to fix the issue efficiently and economically. I was so pleased I joined their maintenance program. Steven has been the person for the service and also identified a unique issue with the fireplace. This was corrected and improved and I have been very pleased with all of his attention to detail and folllow-up. He is professional and I have recommended him and the service to others. He is backed by a good team in the office who are helpful and patient too.
