Total Quality Air

This was the best service I’ve had for my system in a long time. On time, courteous and very well informed about my fireplace and my heating system. Did the repairs necessary and didn’t try to sell me more. Made some recommendations per my request about a blower for my fireplace and also per my request upgrading my old space guard filter box to a more efficient one. I was really impressed with Steve the technician. He knew his stuff and explained things to me as he went through what he’d done and why. I saved so much money on the fireplace repair And maintenance package for my heating and air that I’m able to go ahead and get the blower for the fire place and conversion for the heating and the air unit. Thank you Total Quality Air and Steve for such great service and absolutely fair and honest pricing.

Called them for duct cleaning and they did an amazing job! I work from home and they were on time, considerate and very efficient with time. Their communication was great throughout the process. They were detailed on their explanation so I could understand, made it super simple. Total quality and I totally recommend.

They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They answered all my questions. They clean everything after they were done. The job took two days but it was well worth it. Love my new heating and air conditioning system. I went with the mini-splits and love them.

The tech that came out was Steve. He was great! He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was very friendly, polite and professional! Because of Steve’s courteous and thorough service, we signed up for a yearly maintenance plan to keep our system running smoothly.

Great experience. Went through my home insurance and received a call from Total Quality Air. Steve came out the next day and was very thorough troubleshooting the issue. I set up an appointment through Home Depot and the technician that came out (Carlos) was very pleasant to deal with. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get my air conditioner back up and running quickly. Anything he noticed that was going to need attention in the future he shared with me and we ended up taking care of that too. Not that I want to have AC problems in the future, but if I did, they would have my return business in a heart beat.

The company was doing a 1 year check up of a heat pump.I was confused about where the filter went and thought it had been installed incorrectly. The service representative checked everything and after patiently pointed out the filter location. He was friendly,knowledgeable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
