The #1 in Tri Cities. Called in am (my AC was out). Carlos showed up at 5 pm. Fixed it very quickly. Very pleased. Reasonable price ("other guys" estimated between $630 -1,250). Got it done (labor and parts) for $440 (motor blower was bad). Would recommend to everyone.

Total Quality Air replaced our heat pump, air handler and added needed ductwork. They were professional, pleasant and hard workers. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Steve was very thorough, I so appreciated the time he took to answer my questions. Steve was very professional and definitely a good PR man.

I dont what happened with their good quality service, but paid almost $500 for a new motor becuase my heater wasnt keeping up. It is still doing the same thing after motor was replaced. The receptionist was trying to charge me again to send someone out!

They did not fix the problem the first time. Did not check that is was done correctly. I paid hundreds of dollars for the freon to be replaced only to have it all leaked out again and they are refusing to cover their mistake and want me to pay hundreds again to them. NEVER USE THEM.

Let's talk about how they drive. In my neighborhood off Cascade and 36th Ave in Kennewick there is someone who drives like q real a hole. Speed on my street? 25! NOT punching it and going at least 40 to 45 MPH in a company vehicle. I will find where he goes and get license plate and call local PD. It seems really insane to me this is ok with company.

If could rate a zero would. DON’T USE them for your anything.
