Excellent service throughout the entire experience. I received a call ahead of time letting me know when my technician would be arriving. They were on time, friendly, courteous, and professional. Their assessment was thorough and the results and recommendations were explained clearly.

Uriel was amazing! He got straight to work and fix the problem in under 30 minutes and gave us a price that was way under what we had anticipated along with advice on how to keep the problem from happening again. The whole company as a whole was awesome with their call service from the time of the issue to it being fixed was less than 12 hours.

We had two Airtech employees show up to our place for our 1st preventative maintenance to deep clean our HVAC systems. They were respectful of our space … put on protective shoe covers to protect our floors … and cleaned areas after maintenance for our systems. The staff answered all of our questions and had a friendly/approachable demeanor. Overall good interaction. Will use again to prevent HVAC issues in the future.

The tech were professional. Overall I have not had a good experience with this company. They are the installers for hvac system on my new home it often fail and nothing is covered with the warranty. So I get eye gouged every time they come out! I have to close certain vent to keep rooms cool and warm. It’s a huge mess.

Wow after having other a/c companies out that missed the mark, these guys were awesome. Tech was super knowledgeable and found the issue quickly. The repair was spot on and my system is running like a top!!! Highly recommend!!

I used Air-Tech services when my A/C went out and was glad I did! The tech that did the service (Christian Fabela) did an amazing job and was able to figure out the problem quickly! I’ve used other companies in the area before and Air-Tech is by far the best I’ve dealt with! Air Tech originally stalled the system in my new house three years ago and I've been scheduling them to perform semiannual maintenance ever since. They always do a great job and I have piece of mind knowing that it will continue to run through the winter and summer months without any issues.
