Carlos was Very efficient and explained everything to the T.

Steve was super the first time he serviced our equipment so we asked for him again. He did great and we discussed the challenges of our heat pump freezing up when temperatures increased last year and how everything he suggested worked. Now, we are on a regular program. I would highly recommend Total Quality.

I have a home warranty that dispatched Total Quality for an issue with my A/C. They called to schedule an appointment quickly and were able to come out within a couple days (I waited until late Friday to request service and they came out Tuesday). I was told a technician would be at my residence between 3 and 5 PM. Steve arrived around 3:20 and had the issue figured out, resolved, and double checked within 20 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He thoroughly explained what was broken, what he did to fix it, and to make sure there were no other issues. I would highly recommend Total Quality!!

My experience with Total Quality Air was awesome. They did an excellent job installing the unit. When the unit seemed not to be cooling this summer I immediately called. They were out within 4 hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. The technician was friendly and professional. Had a great experience with these folks. Called them on the weekend. The Technician was very friendly and cool. He fixed our issue quickly, did a lot of checks to make sure everything went well and was just an overall good guy. Definitely will be using these folks again.

My warranty company blows, Total Quality Air helped me decipher all the nonsense coming from the warranty company. I had to hear from TQA that I was being charged for non-covers, and then I had to get a full breakdown from them as well for what specifically I was being charged for. The technician that came out to replace the unit was quick and efficient as well as knowledgeable. I appreciate their patience with me and understanding. Sadly, according to the office manager, my warranty company is the best that doesn't give me much hope.
