We called about our problem expecting to be put on a waiting list because the weather is abnormally cold and we figured that they would eventually get to us. Much to our surprise we were told that a service person would be here in about a half hour. He arrived, asked appropriate questions and got right to the problem.

The service technician was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job, very thorough. He explained the work he was doing to maintain the system to good working order. He was polite and was very professional.

Paul was very professional and personable (friendly). He serviced our system and was very professional.

Seth came and did our preventive maintenance on the system. He answered some questions I had on how it worked. He was very fast very efficient and very friendly. Thank you Seth.

So my first experience with this company and I am very pleased! The service tech Mike came in and was very informative and was able to relate the work that needed done in terms that I could understand. Explained to me the perks of having your home inspected and maintained by them and broke down the costs and in the process made the conversation fun! Timely & excellent service. Seth explained all of the preventive maintenance performed to each system component. In addition, he provided informative recommendations on system settings. Dayco has great communications too, we knew who was coming and when. A++ service all the way around!

I had Dayco come by and do my semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system. As usual they were prompt and they do a great job. Nick was friendly and I would definitely recommend Dayco to take care of your system!
