Five stars for the excellent service provided to us by Sammy. He was friendly and very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and looks and works great! We highly recommend him for any kind of plumbing work you may need.

Alan was super punctual, courteous, and communicative. It felt more like having a friend in my home instead of a stranger. All the Campbell guys who have come out have been respectful and knowledgeable. I would love to have this same technician again!

Thalia Hernandez came to do preventative maintenance on my HVAC system and fix a problem with my heating. She was very professional, easy to talk to , on time , solve the issue, very knowledgeable, just an all around good person . Greg did a checkup on our heat pump and system installed last year. He was very pleasant to work with and thorough in his work. Glad Campbell provides such effective support.

Our air conditioning unit quit working. We called and a service representative was at our house in less than two hours. He found the problem, a blown fuse, and replaced it. We were pleased with his attitude and knowledge.

I had technician Clayton D come out to service my HVAC unit for the sale of my home. In Clayton’s invoice he states that he cleaned my outdoor units coils as part of the purchased service. Upon my own inspection I could see that nothing had been cleaned on my outside unit. I contacted BobRhodes and they came to service my unit and also stated that no one had done any cleaning of my unit. BobRhodes did a great job. I would not recommend Cambell and Co to anyone. They came and wrote me an estimate for multiple thousand dollars of repairs but did not do the tune up and clean like I had purchased. Very dissatisfied. Waste of time and money.

IN REPLY. I understand I did not purchase a intensive cleaning package I just needed a tune up light cleaning. But nothing was done to clean the unit. Nothing. And I have security camera footage of the visit and can prove this to be true.

Diego was absolutely fantastic! He showed up on time and was very friendly and helped guide us to make the right decision for our home! I would most definitely do business again with Campbell and company just based off of Diego’s service! Thank you very much!

I had to use two different guys Saturday and Friday for my humidifier system having a leak.
I have no complain, with either one of the guys they were both amazing, very thorough and truly wanted to help. I’ve been using Campbell & Company for close to 11 years. Thank you.
