The technician Charlie was extremely professional and courteous. He had out HVAC system running and blowing cool in no time. The company also called a head of time and got it everything sorted out and ensure I had the right style appointment. Customer service is top tier.

These guys were awesome replacing the furnace, ac unit and thermostat. The guys did a wonderful job couldn't complain at all. They were nice and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. At the end of the long job day they went over everything they did even showed my 92 year old grandad how to use his new thermostat. They told us some concerns about the crawl space and told us they couldn't find the problem of the dampness. I would totally use you again and recommend you to others.

Matt, Justin, John and Hector installed a brand new furnace, outdoor AC unit, air purifier and upgraded my air returns to include a second return in a different part of the house. Some new electrical work was also done, but i never got the name of the electrician! All parties were professional and did an excellent job. Everyone was kind and personable. The startup tech was able to catch a couple of minor deficiencies and made sure that they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. All in all, a great experience. From the first sales visit with Josh to the last tech leaving the job, it's obvious that Campbell really cares about delivering a superior experience to their customers.

They guys showed up on time and got the job done same day. They worked all day through the heat with no breaks. Outstanding service. We made sure they had plenty of cold water and they were appreciative. Great company!

Campbell and Company recently installed a heat pump system in our home. Josh did an excellent job of explaining the things we needed to consider in selecting a system, our various options, and answered all of our questions. Then Chris, Jon and Ryan led the actual installation effort with support by some other members of the Campbell team. Everybody was very thorough, professional and friendly and accomplished the installation in one day, and the result was exactly as Josh had described. This included having to persevere through some unexpected difficulties related to a particular construction feature of our home. We would give Campbell and Company a very strong recommendation.

I was very pleased with the crew who replaced my heating and cooling system. They were prompt, friendly, covered the floor because of the dust, and answered questions. They cleaned up everything and that was very helpful and I was happy! I especially like the new, very simple thermostat. It’s very easy to use!! Thank you all.

Campbell & Co are amazing. We had an HVAC inspection on Monday where we were told that our system was very old (nearly 20 years) and that they could repair parts but it would just cost us more money. Recommended replacement of the furnace and AC units. By Wednesday we had a Comfort Advisor out to discuss financing, Thursday the Project Manager came to measure and discuss the plan with us, and by 3:30 on Friday afternoon, we had a completely brand new system. We had no less than five Campbell trucks out front by the end of the day because they threw as many workers as needed to get the job done quickly and well. Everything was gone over and explained to us by multiple technicians, they made sure we understood how to use the system and who to call with questions, and everyone was kind and friendly. 100% recommend this company!!
