The team at Dear Services is incredibly professional, courteous, and capable! We had water backed up in our basement, and they were able to assess the problem, show us pictures of what needed to be fixed/replaced, and complete the work within five days. highly recommend!

Luke from The "DEAR services" is my go-to tech guy whenever I need service for my heating and air conditioning unit. He knows his stuff and is very prompt and professional. His pricing is fair and his service is impeccable. his company stands behind their work and saved me tons of money!!

Tony Plumbing was amazing. We had an emergency water line break and they were able to send someone out the same day for an estimate, and do the replacement the very next day. The entire team I dealt with was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Dear Service and everyone at the company was so nice and responsive. My heater needed to be replaced. The gas company came back, tested, and gave the ok. No more worries about carbon monoxide. I was reimbursed by management.
Since then, I call Dear Service for maintenance every year. Carbon monoxide poisoning is very serious and I am very confident and happy with Dear Service.

Terrible company with unprofessional staff, they gave me a time frame of coming over to repair my furnace, they never showed up and didnt bother to give ma a call. I had to call them and the reason they gave me was they didnt have an electrician available. A rude staff member name Roberta was trying to tell me that I had the opportunity to fix my furnace 2 weeks ago and I didnt, so they are very busy at this point. I rate them zero when it comes to customer service

Ani N. was by far the best technician we’ve had come to our house. We have had multiple people come to try to fix our AC and Ani is the only one who was knowledgeable enough with the necessary skills to do so. Five stars because of him.

Taylor came out to diagnose our furnace problem after it randomly quit working in the middle of the night during the coldest night of the year, he was courteous and helpful and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the repair was costly so installing a new furnace was the better option for our situation. Brandon and Josh came out and were here right at 8am as promised, they worked quickly yet efficiently to install our new furnace and were friendly and professional. Brandon and Josh were sure to walk me through the use of our new furnace and thermostat and made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving, what a great team! We would definitely recommend them and would be happy to use them again if the need ever arises. Thanks guys!

Toward the end of the day one of the technician damaged the heat pump. While he was on the phone with his supervisor on speaker explaining what happened, the supervisor told him to "just patch it up" the supervisor had no intention of letting me know about the damage. Good thing the technician was an honest guy and let me know as soon as it happened.

When they came to take the damaged heat pump the technician dropped off some insulation for the duct and said " sorry for the inconvenience, I'll put that on when I come back with the new heat pump "

Few days later the finally come back to install the new heat pump and its a different guy. He has no clue what to do with the insulation. Wasn't told anything about it.

I call Dear services and they said " don't know what your talking about. We will come tmrw to pick up the insulation, it was left by accident "

Dear services came out twice to double check if they had everything they needed to do the install. I specifically asked about electrical panels and plugs. They said no everything is fine. Day of install comes they ask to borrow a extension cord and they use that to plug a condensation pump and ran the cord under the crawl space and back into my den to plug into the wall. Looks really bad. They said the electrician should have put a plug next to the furnace.

Overall I don't recommend Dear services. Even the sales pitch is like going to a used car dealership.
Also I put a picture of the damaged heat pump serial number just in case one you guys who still went with Dear services get a refurbished heatpump unknowingly.

Have used I have used Dear Services twenty years. 30 years, can always be relied on to do a great job for a fair price, will turn up at short notice in emergencies, and will always go the 'extra mile' to get the job finished. Happy to recommend their services. 😁
