DEAR Services : Plumbing, Drains, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

I made arrangements with them to check and service my gas furnace. Technician Taylor came and disassembled my furnace and told me that I have to replace with a new one. He was very reluctant to service and reassemble as I requested. He called his manager whose name is Jake and both of them started to forcibly solicit to replace with a new one. The new furnace that they were recommending was similar to the one I have now- and kept forcing me to buy the same day. They said if I don’t buy today the price will go up by 30%. Then they involved their owner, David who also talked to me over the phone and solicited me to buy the furnace the same day. They spent over (5) hrs soliciting to buy . Before they came they told me that they will be done before 12pm but here it was almost 2pm. When I asked the technician Taylor to service and reassemble the furnace as requested , he became very frustrated and said he was going to reassemble the “garbage “- meaning the furnace. Before disassembling he told me he will clean and tune it but after all these drama he even didn’t clean/service it and left. Very low down service. Will never recommend anyone to this company.

"DEAR services" provided a great service for us, replacing some radiators and installing the plumbing for a washing machine. They were up front and fair about price, came up with solutions to problems, scheduled the work quickly, got the job done promptly, and as far as is possible to tell have done the work to a good standard. We'll be using them again when we next need plumbing work done.

Get the maintenance service. Tony is the best technician. He is thorough and a good communicator. He went the extra steps to make sure my AC and Heater stay working well and cleans everything up nicely.
