So Sad that they didn't feel that they can make enough money off of the services I needed so they elected to cancel at the last minute. Very unprofessional!!! Thanks for leaving me hanging!
Actually I was not asking you to sign off as if you had installed it. I just needed a plumber to say that it had been installed correctly! But your service guy said the truth when he called and cancelled, which was his manager said there was no moneyto be mad doing this!!! His words, mine

I called on a Saturday and they picked up the phone. I told them I needed an emergency plumber and they said they'd call me back in a few minutes. Less than 15 minutes later they called me back, gave me an estimate, and got someone to my house the next day. The plumber was knowledgeable, took the time I needed, and was very friendly. The price was extremely fair and now I am going to give them a call for all of my plumbing needs.

Kyle put a lot of extra time in, not leaving until he was certain I would have consistent heat. He stayed in communication with me even after leaving, checking throughout the weekend to make sure it was still running. It was incredible to have this caring, hands-on service. Kyle is a true GEM!! Thank you so much to Dear Service for sending him out!!

I've been using Dear Services ever since the freeze, and I'll never use another company again. Honest, trustworthy, and always provides advice on how to do some of the repairs myself. Highly recommend!

They had some cancellations so got to us much more quickly than we anticipated. Spencer was detailed and took his time with everything, and even when a couple of breakers randomly flipped he took the time to work through it until everything about the job was done and working. Great service and much appreciated.

Dear Service came out to perform yearly maintenance on my central air conditioner. He was thorough and professional. He gave some tips on what to do and what not to do to get better airflow in my upstairs. He used my garden hose and it was all kinked and the next thing I knew he had it all pulled out and was untangling my hose before he put it back away!

When our heat went out, Brad S and Johnny H came out to take a look. They were professional and personable, and cleaned up after themselves. We needed a new furnace. Johnny sold us a better unit and got us scheduled. The manager even offered to bring in heaters in the meantime. A day earlier than planned, Jace and Joe G came out to do the install. Luke S did the surge protector. Again they were very respectful, tidy, and easy to talk to and work with. Everyone we encountered was great.
