DEAR Services : Plumbing, Drains, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

I purchased AC from DEAR. Though the cost was high, the service has been pretty good. All the technicians that have come out to my house have been nice and informative. Angel the most recent technician that came out was able to address the corrections from the city quickly and provide me with before and after pictures with an explanation of everything. So far I'm happy with the service.

Outstanding service. We had a plumbing emergency and called Dear as we had used them in the past and always had great service. Again I’d say they were outstanding. Tony was our tech and he did quick analysis and told us up front the worst case price it could be so we were forewarned. Thankfully the cost was lower in the end as he was able to patch the pipe instead of needing to replace it.

The technician that came out to diagnose my ac system was Kurt and he was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, courteous, he also was nice and playful with my son. He diagnosed my ac problems and even examined and showed me things with my water heater to keep an eye on. After he did his walk around we sat down and he explained all the options on moving forward. Taking the time to ensure I understood all the benefits of each option. He was able to get me a military discount without me asking which was greatly appreciated. All around he’s an awesome guy working for a great company. 10/10 would recommend.

The service is great, but they definitely saw our house and tripled the price.. 4k, yes $4,000 (no exaggeration) to hook a new faucet up. I had all the work done since I got new counter tops. I needed a plumber to just attached the pipe for me.. 4k. This is a job that should have cost in the hundreds. I chose them because when the first opened they charged me $89 to do this job. How can you justify $4,000?

Please know, I purchased my own pipes, and had the faucets ready. This did not require turning off the water. I believe they charge you a $70 fee to come out and that’s where they make their money. Folks, refuse to pay that when they come if you’re quoted ridiculously high. I did and they left!

Adding on to this post, I’d like to point out that I had this entire estimate quoted under separate name, phone number and email. In no way would they be able to reply to this indicating what I needed done.

Another update, under a licensed and bonded plumber my project was done for a total of $200

Fantastic. I had a radiator leak at my bar uptown, and they came within the hour to fix it. I had called three other plumbers, and they were the only ones that answered the phone. Professional, quick, and neat. Would call them again.

Very friendly, polite, professional, they were on time, didn’t waste time and did a great job. I would highly recommend Ethan, Tony and the entire team that assisted with our new COMPLETE AC installation. We would highly recommend them!

Great service! I called DEAR Services they came the next day to replace my Heat Pumps. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a great all-around experience I highly recommend using them.

My technician Tony was amazing. He was so friendly taking his time answering all my questions and explaining what he was doing. He gave me tips for how to keep up on maintenance throughout the year until they come back to service again. He was also so sweet to my pups and cautious entering so they didn’t escape. I purchased the yearly contract which I would recommend to anyone. It includes plumbing on the water heater no service fees and a discount on repairs. I thoroughly recommend this company for all your plumbing and A/C needs.

Our Tech Santos was very personable and reasonable when quoting our plumbing project. He inspected the plumbing in the whole house and then gave me three different options to fix the issue. I will be using DEAR Services again just because of Santos.
