DEAR Services : Plumbing, Drains, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Overall very poor customer experience with this company. They were a no show on our first scheduled appointment. We had even confirmed the appointment the day before with arrival window between 8-12am, by 11am still no tech and no one bothered to call. I called at them at 11:30am only to find out tech was still at a different appointment so we rescheduled for exactly 1 week into the future. The day of the appointment, tech arrives and was struggling to take off the cover of our ductless AC LG unit. After some conversations, it turns out he has never worked on an LG unit before, he tried calling senior tech for help with no support. I ended up removing the cover for him. By now, he was 45 mins into the appointment and haven't even done anything on the first unit, with 4 more to do. Though the tech insisted he can figure out, I decided it was best not to have him experiment on my units or incur any damage. From the very beginning, I had indicated to them that I had LG units and they said it was not a problem for them. Well it turned out it was a problem. They should have sent an experience tech. The office never even bothered to call me back or apologize for wasting my time. Not a good way to conduct business.

Tony took my call just after 6 a.m. He and Kyle were in my home most of the day investigating and repairing a leak. They worked very professionally and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend them more…they were terrific. I appreciate their work.

Luke and Angel were amazing. The exhibited great professionalism and integrity, compared to many other plumbers out there who just want your money. These guys are exemplary in their works and care about the quality of service they deliver. Would highly recommend!

They were very knowledgeable and friendly and came on time, within a few hours of me calling. They were very professional and I think they did a digging good job. The guy who came was named Tony. He was very polite and knowledgeable of his job and was very clear with me in describing what I didn't know.

Justin and Daniel were exceptional. They worked efficiently and were good company. I deducted one star for the price, I feel like it was a little on the expensive side for services rendered but appreciate the professionalism and quality of the job. Both gentlemen were respectful and had good energy. Not sure I would recommend the company we had a few hiccups linking up and they could have been better with communication but I do recommend these gentleman. The communication prior to meeting wasn't with either of these men. I got a text the morning of with Justin's bio and met Daniel on the scene. Overall 4 out of 5 stars, communication with front office could have been better and if you are tight on funds might try somewhere else but quality and professionalism of the plumbers 10 out of 10.

I called to get someone out to fix my clogged kitchen sink I had a pleasant conversation with the customer service rep, She gave me an appointment time of 1 to 3 pm but that quickly changed to 11a. The technician Johnny came in and fixed the problem while making me feel comfortable by being very informative about the work he was doing. He had awesome customer service. The price for the work was very reasonable.

Dante S was amazing, very professional, nice and walked me through the maintenance of my gas furnace. He also had a trainee Christian with him who was great as well. He took his time to clean it. It is running perfectly! I purchased a maintenance package that was on sale. Great costumer service!!

Darrin did an excellent job repairing my toilet back-up. He kept me informed on all aspects of the repair and ensured that there were no lingering issues prior to completion. Overall, excellent work and will be calling again if future repairs are needed.
