Scheduling an appointment with Horizon was easy. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He quietly went about his work and when finished, he satisfactorily answered all of our questions. We will use "Dear Services" again!

Kyle & crew did a fantastic job of installing a new heater in our home. Clean crew - was in and out in 1 day, picked up after themselves and made sure to put down the drop cloths so our carpet wasn't damaged.

The new heater works like a charm - warms the house much faster than the old one.

I called them to do a furnace repair. They tried to up sell me a U.V. filters and other things I didn’t need. I finally got to bid the repair. Charged me $800. To replace a $40 part. They would not return my part. I don’t believe the part was bad. Take great care if you use Dear Services!!

An excellent experience. They were able to schedule me for the next day, arrived on time, and had our failed sewage pump replaced quickly and at what I felt was a fair price. Excellent job, and I will call them again.

These guys are great! I've used them for both our rental and personal home - showed up on time, courteous, explained exactly what was wrong and FIXED the problem. My backed up toilet, no problems. Five Star!

I wish I could give them 0 star. Honestly they don’t deserve 0 star also. They told estimate 15 k then once they installed Air conditioner they told you amount is 23k. They are not professional. Then they knock your door without even telling you like they visiting. I can’t believe I trust them. They will never get peace. They literally make us pay 23k when they tells amount is 15k.
