I called them for a simple issue with my air conditioner unit. They figured the issue with blown fuse within minutes yet they opened complete a/c unit and hvac unit and wasted my full day. While putting back the opened unit technician struggled and finally he was able to put it back but now it is making noise as the fitting is not proper. Never recommend any service!

Requested maintenance for a Tankless Water Heater. I was told the cost is $350. The gentleman who came to my home tried to immediately upsell me 6k for unnecessary products. When I told him I didn't want to proceed with any work outside of the maintenance, he immediately left without doing the maintenance. He also left an unauthorized lawn sign on my front yard. Still have not received my requested followup. Also read their Glassdoor reviews. Various former employees are stating their Techs get paid to upsell not fix customer problems.

I have used Dear Services for twenty years. They have installed a new system for me, made repairs as needed, and conducted my regular maintenance. In my view, they are the best in the business. They are friendly, on time, and always there when you need them. They care about their customers and will do anything within their power to exceed your expectations. Their work is high quality and efficient. Particularly, Tony and Kyle are top-notch. I highly recommend them.

The guys gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running a bit late. They came and did a great job replacing my 11-year-old water heater that came with the house when I purchased it new. It was a cleaner and much neater job than the previous contractors. They were very quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price, and great service.

Johnny provided great service by thoroughly inspecting and cleaning our A/C system. We had our A/C system installed 2 years ago by "DEAR services". Since then we have had bad air quality. We’ve complained to other "DEAR services" technicians, during annual inspections, about bad air quality. Tony has been the only one who was able to fix the problem and we now have great air quality. We’re thankful for Tony and hope to do business with him again.

Richard B. and his apprentice(I don’t remember his name) came of to replace my water heater. They were both very polite, professional, and answered all of the questions I had. They did such a great job explaining everything to me I feel like I could be a plumber now :-). Great experience overall

Luke was extremely efficient, we only had a small job to be done (installation of two thermostatic valves) but he came to make an assessment on the day I called and did the job the following day. He is very polite and friendly, price is competitive. Would definitely use his services again.

Tony has helped us out with plumbing and heating repair jobs, from Dear Services to some more complex faults and leaks. He is quick to respond, very reliable, and does good quality work. He is also very friendly and polite and always leaves the job neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him. Great service.

Technician was very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and actually chatted with me and didn’t treat me as just another customer. Excellent work!
