They took over the majority of a train stations parking lot in Edmonds to avoid paying for parking. That parking lot is for commuters, not for avoiding paying for parking when they are doing what appears to be a very big job close to the train station. Disrespectful as hell.

Best Inquiry I have made talking to the account manager, Art, about heater and air conditioning. I have an old fan system at home that makes lots of noise. I had an outstanding customer service and very pleased with the account manager being so helpful and considerate. Art was very informative and proficient about the products of his company, Emerald Aire Inc. I highly recommend their service and happy to give them Five Stars!

I'm the service manager at an automotive repair shop and we have an ancient ceiling mounted Modine heater that was making loud clanging sounds and not heating up properly. I called on Thursday the 21st, two days before Christmas weekend begins, and expected to be told nobody could come out until the following week. A technician was able to come Friday the 22nd and was able to repair the unit instead of condemning and replacing it. Reasonable price and so happy we can get at least one more winter out of it. Very pleased with Theresa's demeanor on the phone and their prompt reply and service. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others needing service. Thanks for keeping us from freezing this winter Emerald Aire!

The company that installed my heating unit would not come out and look at it. Emerald Aire staff was so kind, came out immediately and helped me. I am so impressed by this company and all their employees I dealt with

Literally the worst place ever. They don’t answer the phones and have been out probably 5 times to fix our ac and haven’t fixed it. Worst company ever

Overpriced!!! Not worth your time.. Cost us just under $1000 just to have someone come out and change TWO filters!!! TWO! HOW LUDICROUS!!
