Luke did a competent job troubleshooting my furnace problem and was very considerate of my need for a functioning heating system during this recent very cold weather. He was personable, and patient, and got the job done promptly. Thank you. I would recommend Dear services to others.

I had some water damage from a leaking water heater which turned out to a long process to get repaired. Due to where the damage was the new water heater had to removed and reinstalled a couple times in order to dry out and repair everything.Tony at Dear Services was fantastic to work with. Went above and beyond to get the work I needed done. Even coming to my place at 9 at night to take out my water heater for some construction I was having done the next day. I will only use Tony from now on for my plumbing/electrical needs. I don’t know what Dear pays him but it’s not enough. 😁

I called to schedule service, within 30 minutes the plumber arrived. The service was performed quickly, professionally and according to the estimated quote. I will definitely use the company in the future. Excellent experience!

The absolute best - I could not be more pleased with the service, the cost, and most of all with the technician, Taylor. He was punctual, and honest and took the time to fully explain both what he was doing to alleviate the problem and what we needed to do to avoid future ones. I would whole-heartily recommend this company to any.

We just had our furnace replaced and we had amazing experienced. Johnny H (Project Manager),Dante and the whole crew was very professional and the job was done the next day as promised. They even let us barrow a portable heater. They even wear shoe cover and cleaned everything up when done. Highly Recommend.

Revising my previous review.
My wife gave them a second chance after their last "no call/no show" on Friday. They were able to get us an appointment today. I received an email and a text message an hour before their tech shows up. Kyle was friendly, did his stuff, and we signed up for their membership program for 4 years. Overall I would say it was a great experience.

All-around great service! Tony and Johnny were both great to work with! I feel like I got a great price! And their quality of work was great as well! Thanks again for doing such a great job!
