Woodfin - Your Home Team

Recently had a new Carrier Heat Pump System installed. The new system ran fine, but two days later--on a Saturday--I noticed the ceiling on the floor below was wet and found that the unit condensate drain line underneath attic insulation was leaking as it elbowed to go to crawl space. Woodfin had a technician come out in less than 2 hours! The technician was able to repair the line and return the system back to normal service.

Second service call for unrelated issues in one week. Quick response. New owner of an old house, will be issues so I will be joining their annual service/maintenance package. Highly recommend this company.

Jacob, called to find out if he could come ahead of schedule! I Always appreciate that. He covered his shoes and went right to work. He was thorough, checking out the inside and outside parts of the unit and gave it a clean bill of health. He answered our questions and left a receipt.

My mini-split system, that was installed by another company, has been giving me issues. The service techs from Woodfin were great!! They gave me confidence that the system was running correctly.

He called to say he was on his way. When they arrived it started to pour. They set up their tent and went to work. They double checked to make sure they could cut the power to test the generator. They were very courteous and thorough.

Thanks to the entire Woodfin team: William Davis, Danielle, Lisa and David Varner, that I dealt with directly when replacing Two hot water tanks. Another young man was with David but unfortunately, I did not get his name.

I called Woodfin to double check my HVAC system another company stated had to be completed replaced for over $6,000 + labor. Abdul arrived in a few hours and spent 20 minutes troubleshooting the system, identified an easy to fix issue and fixed it immediately on site in a few hours. For less than $400 he troubleshot the issue, fixed it, and even helped me install a Nest smart thermostat while on the service call. I will 100% use Woodfin again. They are honest and didn't try to take advantage of me. Fair pricing, professional and friendly service. This is your HVAC repair company if you live near Richmond and the surrounding area. 10/10 would recommend!!
