The techs showed up on time. We had 3 toilets installed and our shower pressure adjusted. They were professional, and provided high quality service.

Our boiler wasn't working during a recent cold spell. Called Woodfin and they sent someone within a couple hours. He (Lane) was super friendly and more than happy to explain the issue. It was very minor and something I could've probably dealt with myself, but I generally let the pros deal with anything gas or electric related :) I didn't even think the $139 fee for the visit and a year's coverage was bad - in fact, it seemed like a solid deal from a larger company. Great experience overall.

Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional and kind. I didn't get the name of the scheduler but she was very accommodating and professional. Brayden was right on schedule and called to advise he was on the way. He and his teammate cleaned up and put everything back in place. My heating system is in the crawl space so it's awkward to access and service but they made it look easy. Great job and I definitely recommend them.

Ian called and said he was 10 minutes out and showed up exactly on time. Was friendly and courteous while explaining what he found. I highly recommend Woodfin for any HVAC service.

Great Service, very professional! The service tech arrived enthusiastic and listened to all my concerns and was very detailed about the work. Luke was able to check and service each of my concerns successfully to get my service working. Before Woodfin arrived I was worried my heating system would not work properly with the expected cold weather approaching soon. Now I am confident my system will perform as expected.
