Keith Sr, Keith Jr, and Aaron installed two new dual fuel heat pumps for us to replace our old furnaces and A/C systems. They did an amazing job!! I cannot say enough good things about them. They were thorough and professional, and they did the job with pride. Our attic and our crawl space have never looked so good, and it's not just because of the new equipment! Our crawl space used to be claustrophobic because of the way the old furnace was positioned, and it now looks like a brand new house. They took the time to pull out an old humidifier that was inoperable, and they positioned the new furnace in an area that makes it much easier to do maintenance. They left the space clean and organized in a way that it has never been. They were polite and friendly, and Keith Jr explained everything in a way that I could understand. When you spend over $30,000 on a new HVAC system, this is the crew you want to install it! To say we are pleased is an understatement! Thank you, Woodfin Home Team!

Had some problem with initial heat pump but they promptly replaced it within 24 hours. Am now enjoying cool dehumidified air. All staff interactions were pleasant and professional.

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved an issue on the new HVAC system that was just installed and it works great. It seems to have possibly been a factory issue with the equipment that was corrected and I’m very satisfied with the repair and the performance of the system.

I have used Woodfin a few times and they are always pretty good. Most recently my AC unit was troubleshooted by a technician named Dalbir Singh and he was great. He was on time and extremely professional. He got to work promptly, identified the issues, fixed them, and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was so efficient and kind. Dalbir is one of the best techs I have ever worked with. I will feel good about continuing to call Woodfin for my home needs.

I have been a loyal Woodfin customer since 2007. I have recommended this company to everyone I know, as their field technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I purchased the ‘Whole Home’ policy in 2019 when we moved into our new house. I was always notified when maintenance needed to be done and was comforted by the knowledge that Woodfin was there for me every step of the way. In the summer of 2021, I realized that I wasn’t contacted as often as I had been. When I called Woodfin to inquire, the employee stated “we have too many customers to keep track of and don’t have time to contact you in order to schedule maintenance.” Thereafter, I tried to keep track of all the maintenance on my various systems. By 2022, I began getting extremely frustrated as this is the reason I even purchased the “Whole Home” policy originally. That being said, I had been conveying to Woodfin over the last 3 years that the system in the older portion of the house didn’t work well, as it struggled to keep the house cool. We do have a ‘Unico’ system so it operates slightly differently. I was told nothing could be done about it due to the system’s age. Today, HVAC technicians came to start up two mini-split systems. As we were on the topic of HVAC, I mentioned the long standing struggle to cool the house. They went into the attic and found the HVAC ducts had been split for a long time. It was the two technicians today that reconnected the ducts in order to maximize the amount of cool air getting to the rest of the house. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Heating system was not working. Called Woodfin to come out and take a look at the system. This was the first time I used them. They were able to schedule a visit that afternoon. 2 HVAC specialists/techs were able to diagnose the issue in 15 minutes. Pricing was very reasonable. Signed up for the Woodfin annual maintenance program that day. Woodfin are now my go to HVAC system specialists. A very reputable and long established Richmond company.
