Devin & Hunter did a hvac installation and did an excellent job! They explained the process and answered all my questions & concerns being I was transitioning from an oil heat furnace. They were professional, very polite, and the quality of work was outstanding. I would definitely refer family & friends to be serviced by Woodfin and these two knowledgeable men. A job well done!

Gene returned our inquiry promptly and gave us reasonably good explanation and suggestions professionally. Two technicians, Chris and Lester, came promptly on the scheduled time and they worked hard, as well as patiently and professionally, for longer time than anticipated due to the need to replace a defective water tank that they had just installed. Their work ethics is much appreciated. Woodfin was able to deliver a new tank without delay so the project could be completed on the same day.

Tech is very knowledgeable and "friendly ". He explains what he's doing and why. The best of ALL that have come to service the new unit I purchased 2 months ago.

Outstanding employees who worked continuously form the arrival time until departure. Extremely curtious and customer friendly. Had drop cloths everywhere vacuumed when done. Went out if their way to ensure that my job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. What was quoted is what was billed so no surprises when came time to pay. I would use them again anytime. Give them a raise!!!!

The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Also very honest and saved me a fortune on a problem another plumber told me I had, however it turned out to be no problem at all. Definitely will use for ALL of my hvac and plumbing needs. 5 stars!!
