Knowledgeable and educated on issue with ceiling fan. Informed us about our bathroom vent fan issues and let us know what we needed to purchase. Communicated all our options before work was performed. Was able to make a same day appointment. Communication correspondence was clear between customer service representatives at dispatch, Corey and with electrician in the field Justin B with their clients. Very pleasant experience.

We had an HVAC system replaced. Once scheduled, they were actually able to install at an earlier date and very early during the day, which was great! They were quick, explained new thermostat and we were very happy with their professionalism.

The gentleman set up the HVAC and the gentleman that cleaned the duct system were phenomenal! Extremely friendly and hard workers. I was extremely impressed by Alexander Gragg and his coworker. They were working in craziest weather, still were upbeat and working hard! I will definitely be recommending Woodfin to everyone!!!

Charlie arrived right on time, checked out our system and diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He also took the time to make sure that something else that could have been a potential problem was repaired as well. Very professional and informed us of what he found and what repairs were made. Excellent service!!

Josh was great. He was polite, professional, engaging and knowledgeable. Also have to give a shout out to Tina who took my call and very pleasantly and quickly took care of the multiple things that I needed to schedule and renew. Overall I love Woodfin and am very pleased to have them taking care of my whole home needs!!

I have dealt with shady companies in the past. Woodfin is nothing like that. They have been to my home twice and I have spoken to their office multiple times. Their staff is always professional and ready to help, their prices are straight forward with no hidden fees and so far seem very trustworthy, which is so very important these day.
Their technicians are always professional, polite, knowledgeable and insightful. I love that I receive a picture of the tech coming to my home so there is no worries opening my door.

Jaron did yearly system maintenance on 2 Heat Pumps and a gas furnace. He spent most of the afternoon and did a very thorough inspection and cleaning. He replaced a defective capacitor while on site and he cleaned a stopped up drain on the upstairs unit. Over all a very good job and a really nice guy to work with.

Matt advised us that the parts sent us from Delta were not the right part, however, Matt had the parts in his van to fix our half bath faucet. Another tech from your agency was not able to repair our faucet. I informed Matt about one of our commodes that was difficult to flush. He was able to repair this problem in short order. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. He apprised us of other manifestations that could lead to problems and how to prevent them from becoming problems,

Woodfin did a wonderful job with my propane and gas logs installation. The price was very competitive and the installers (shout out Brandon and David V) were friendly, professional, and quick! They coordinated the inspection and installation visits with follow-up calls and the customer service reps are knowledgeable and friendly. All in all, I went from initial sales appointment to enjoying my fireplace in a little over 6 weeks (including the holidays)! Not too shabby in the middle of winter, and with all the current supply chain issues!

Installed new heat pump, reconnected propane as backup heat, removed old garbage units and defunct dehumidifier. We’ve been very pleased with all members of the woodfin team who came to help us - from recharging our old unit to get us thru til new install, from sales guy to install crew. Easy process. Looking forward to having them back to clean the entire duct work in a few weeks and finally something in this 20 year old house will be good as new.
