Woodfin - Your Home Team

Scott was very pleasant 20 entered our home. He just thorough job of identifying the problem with her air conditioner and went above and beyond to fix it. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to resolve our problem.

I had Jason come out to look at a leak on our water heater that the HVAC tech discovered. Jason was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the cause of the leak and repaired it quickly. The response time I received from the Woodfin team was great. They had the technician here when promised and the CSR that I had spoken with to scheduled did a wonderful job!

Woodfin did a good job cleaning my air ducts. They were adaptable and were able to not only clean my ducts but also washed the vents too even though the outside spigot didn't have any water access. They also showed me before and after photos so that I could see the results of the duct cleaning.

Love Woodfin! They are prompt, professional, and have great service at every turn I’ve encountered. Their field techs are always so friendly when delivering propane. The billing department staff is consistently friendly and helpful. No transferring or calling you back bc they can’t answer a question. Online bill pay is easy peasy. LOVE the Monday Motivations! I switched from Quarles Petroleum (propane gas service) after they made a major billing error and placed my 10 yr account on HOLD. The worst part - they never notified me about my account and we had to conserve heating during the Thanksgiving weekend bc they wouldn’t come out and fill the tank until Monday. They had my cc on file but failed to switch it in their new system. After I pointed out their mistake, there was no apology from anyone, at all, even when I told them why I was canceling. They no longer deserved my business. Sooo happy I moved to Woodfin and will likely use them for other services.

Our central air unit went out yesterday and Brayden S. saved the day. He explained everything so we would understand what he needed to do to get everything running and made sure our house was cooling down before he went to do the paperwork. Even changed our air filter for us! Just wanted you to know what a courteous and hard working respectful employee you all have in Brayden. Thank you

Wes was great, quickly resolved the issue and having cold air back in the house. He was super patient with my questions and well informed.

Robert came out to our house to get our AC running again. He was personable, professional and efficiently diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in very short order.

Donnie was our propane technician and was absolutely amazing. He refilled our tank, made sure we were knowledgeable on what was replaced, lit the pilot (which took some skill and ingenuity because it’s been a minute). When we have to be serviced again I will request Donnie again.

I also appreciate the customer service experienced with Woodfin. I thought I was going to miss my appointment and called to reschedule and they reassured me and then I still was able to get serviced!

Home generator was installed with professionalism and attention to detail. I would use the company and the team of dedicated employees again in any future home install projects or repairs. I am very pleased with the services rendered.

great service, proffesional and clean and efficient. Update... woodfin cleaned our ducts and did a great job. However one of their guys accidentally broke something in the system which i realised later in the evening. I called woodfin at 7pm... and at 8pm they came out and fixed it (and did a couple of other small fixes that i hadnt even asked them for) just awesome service!
