Woodfin - Your Home Team

What a wonderful experience I had with Woodfin, they come highly recommend . James Weber and his team were awesome. I had an old oil furnace that needed to be replaced. It had even been called a dinosaur. Not only did James and his crew had very tight quarters to work in but laying in dirt that hadn’t seen the light of day in over a 100 plus years, not to mention a few dead critters. I did try to get other estimates and after they saw my house they never called back. I’m thankful they didn’t because I know I would not of had such a nice job as the work by Woodfin. While being under the house they let me know there were some structural issues. The next day a foundation company came out went under the house told me what great work they had done, and I didn’t even ask for his opinion. That made me feel even better because I wasn’t about to crawl in there to look for myself. You won’t be disappointed, very tidy, friendly, answers all your questions, great GREAT group of guys. So pleased with their work.

These 4 young men swapped out the inlet T going to my septic tank which was an old cast iron inlet T that had become corroded as well as a clog point.
They did the job in 2 hrs and 15 min.
Everyone was friendly, curtious, professional at their trade.
Explained everything to me about the job.
Could I have done that job myself, in about two weeks then I'd probably have to call them to finish it lol.

First of all, this is the most tech picture ever. "Don't make me put down my yeti I have work to do", that already told me what I needed to know. They were on time, professional, clean and efficient. And when I say the install is *clean* - I mean everywhere - the wires are laid down clean and orderly, everything is covered and neat, a strut was installed for stability, wiring diagrams are right on the air handler, I mean, fabulous from top to bottom. I was shown how to use the app and thermostat (I could figure it out but nice touch), and on top of it, Keith's son fixed a pipe under my house that had popped loose because the former owner was a dingbat. And there are spiders in the crawlspace so that made my day! My dad is already over here scoping everything out because of course now he needs a new hvac. Thank you guys!

This was our first foray into using Woodfin to do some electrical work around the house. We had a new outdoor light installed and run from a secondary socket as well as an outdoor outlet installed for our patio. We were lucky enough to have Devon do our installation and preventative maintenance. Every time we have work done I will be sure to ask for Devon. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, the list goes on. Thanks for being so great at what you do, Devon!

I have used Woodfin for years and they have always gone above and beyond to help. They are very knowledgeable and always explain things every step of the way. They do their best to offer as many solutions as possible and never pressure me on the spot to make a decision. There have times where I have had to call the company that the builder used for something and they almost always give me a solution that’s way overpriced. Woodfin could have done the same when I called for a 2nd opinion, but they actually told me that they could install that same unit but it wouldn’t help the problem. I am very happy with everyone at Woodfin from the people who answer the phones to the service people who come to my house. I sincerely appreciate Jon not only for the work he does, but for going above and beyond to help whenever he can. He’s always friendly ( my dog adores him), professional, patient and courteous. He takes the time to explain things and makes sure all my questions are answered. I really appreciate that Woodfin tries to send the same techs out every time. Saves so much time not having to explain things over and over.

Woodfin has always been reliable and the technicians always do a great job. Gary Hale did a great job on my furnace and AC unit. He was extremely thorough with making sure that my older units were in tip top shape. I also appreciate their new customer appreciation program with Paw Points.

My family has depended upon Woodfin for over 30 years. They are easy to reach when needed. Everyone on their team is professional in every aspect, and demonstrate much pride in their work. Communication is clear and concise. The work done is the best the industry has to offer, is done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. They are consistently dependable. Whole house generator install. These guys are at the top of their game. Five trucks in the driveway at any given time. I think I saw a total of 9 different guys throughout the day. Not totally done yet. Doing a pressure test on the tank and lines. Then the tank can get filled and backfill the trenches. Do a test run and then we should be good to go.

We had Nick Baker come out to take a look at a clogged drain, and he was just great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and broke things down for me in layman's terms so I could follow along easily. He was polite and punctual, gave us recommendations for our next (upcoming) fixes, and helped me figure out which diverter spout we should use to replace our current (incorrectly installed) one. Hope we get him for our next fix! Great job, Nick!

Recently purchased a multi-system maintenance plan from Woodfin and Joe did an excellent job the servicing the plumbing systems. He was timely, keep me informed or his approximate arrival, checked the water heater, crawl space and internal plumbing and made some recommendations. Provided me an estimate and other details for the updates I want in the future. Would definitely recommend Woodfin and their associates for the job.
