HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited did a great job redesigning my home's plumbing system and ductwork to be more efficient and cleaner. Ned, Rob, and Wayne were very professional and friendly and talked the project through with me beforehand and during to make sure I received what I wanted. They also checked and fixed a couple of issues that they identified after the project began which were not originally scoped. The day following the project completion there was a small leak, which Chase came out to fix immediately. He also fixed another preexisting problem that my project's construction must have knocked loose, and fixed a faucet aerator he noticed was bad - for free, because came out to finish the previous work.
I cannot recommend this company enough for their commitment to quality workmanship. I will use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

My experience with this company was great! I had to call on Christmas Eve for an improperly sealed shower drain which was leaking into my downstairs neighbor’s apartment and they were able to schedule me for the 26th morning. Chase came early, finished the fix very efficiently and even coordinated with my building management to access the unit downstairs to verify the fix. He also checked a few other things in my unit, including taking notes on my water heater to put notes in my account. He even offered to send an estimate for another fix I’m thinking about and was overall very friendly and respectful. Would definitely call again!

I’ve used HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited for all my HVAC needs over the last 8 years and they are excellent. My favorite employee Lawson always does such a professional job and always has his eye on details. I wanted to tip him but didn’t have any cash and he said “Sir, as long as you are happy that’s good enough.” I highly recommend this company you won’t go wrong.

Although this sounds like an exaggeration, five stars doesn't seem enough! The quality of the service was second to none. The technician was as outgoing and personable as he was professional — a real credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to give an unqualified recommendation to HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited. Nowhere will you find better service at a more reasonable price.

I will say that this was originally going to be a one star review but the way that they handled the issues caused by their technician changed my mind about them completely.
When they came out to give us a quote the tech and the manager (Rob) were present and said it was extremely simple and straight forward. A tech arrived at our home to install a waterline to our fridge about a month later and it was the worst experience we have had. We don't know what was going on with the technician but he was acting strange and just couldn't get it right. After two large cuts in our drywall and three (YES THREE) holes drilled into our hardwood floors, he called Rob to come out and help him. (just as a side note, one hole was in the hardwood in our living room about five feet away from the fridge and about two feet away from the wall... WTF?) Rob got out and helped install the line. I waited a few days but finally got a response about the holes in my home which they promised to make right. They sent out and paid for a contractor to patch one drywall hole and fix two of the unused holes in my floor. The contractor did a great job and Rob even came by to check if we were happy. They guaranteed that the employee was let go and urged us to give them another chance and I think we will. Any company that takes care of issues and own up to mistakes deserves acknowledgement.

HVAC Unlimited recently installed 2 HVAC units and gas water heater in June 2019.
Dylan and his crew were very efficient, punctual and professional in installing HVAC units. They explained everything. They cleaned up the space thoroughly. The left the place clean and neat. Dylan guided us very well in choosing the right unit for our house. The price was very reasonable.
Chase installed a water heater. He also did very clean and neat job. He came on time and finished on time. He thoroughly explained the maintenance process.
The entire crew was very friendly.

This company rocks! Robert our technician throughly inspected and replaced parts as needed so my ac unit would run like new. He took the time out to explain every detail so I understood what my problems were and how to correct them. When Michael and Sons came out the first time they just gave my unit a quick look over and performed shoddy work. I recommend HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited to anyone who is searching for fair and honest repairs at a very reasonable price.

We have Great experience with HVAC Unlimited.
We had a problem with the thermostat panel and were not able to switch on the cooling system. The company sent an expert the same day, although it was a holiday. We were informed that the panel should be ordered and installed when received. In an hour the expert came back with the new panel, that was unexpected for us and saved us rescheduling and waiting. It exceeded our expectations - the problem was solved the same day! Thanks to HVAC unlimited and the employee Irvin, that was responsible and reacted quickly!!!

I have used HVAC twice. The first time was for a heater issue and and the second time was for a plumbing issue. Both times the company was responsive and reasonable. The technicians were polite and efficient. The heater issue occurred just before the temperature was expected to dip significantly. HVAC came out the same day. It was the only company willing to come out the same day. Definitely recommend this company.

Technician was great. Very honest that it was an easy fix. Told me prices up front and made suggestions. He tested everything around the furness to make sure all was safe. This is the way to build confidence in a company. Thank you HVAC & Plumbing.
