I was most impressed with the service, punctuality, knowledge and professional workers of your business. I had both my air conditioner and water heater replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and I want to especially commend Randy, Daniel and Starr for their quality work. Five stars for sure!

They are extremely responsive to urgent requirements, as a contract owner I can get same day service when necessary. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The technician Joe Martin is very knowledgeable. He took his time in evaluating the problem with our AC, made the diagnosis and proceeded to fix it, which he did very efficiently. We would highly recommend HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited, and in particular Joe. Before calling HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited we had another technician, provided by our Home Warranty, who did not even bother to inspect the AC, stayed a few minutes and gave us a lame excuse for the reason our AC was not working. We are very happy that we called HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited.

I have been using this company for several years now, but this time, I had to call at least 3 times to get the exact time they’ll be at the property since it is not an owner occupied property. Then the had me to drive there and wait and wait….
The woman who I talked with said she is the dispatch manager and that they didn’t know it was not an owner occupied property. Hmmmm. The dispatch manger was rude and completely clueless. Even when I had told her on my first phone call that I do not live there and that I need a more specific time so that arrange and commute to the property. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!
They most likely lose my future business and referrals.

We had to get an inspection done for the HVAC system and hot water pump for our condo and the tech, Erwin, did a great job. This is the first year of our ownership so we were unfamiliar with the process, and he was nice, patient, and knowledgeable and answered our questions. He explained what he was doing, what he’d need to do next, and he was also familiar with our complex and knew what he needed to fill out on our sheet to satisfy the office. He also let us know everything was working fine, but that the system was old. He let us know the age of both systems, and the age of the portion of the HVAC system on the roof (sorry, not knowledgeable myself), which was newer. Overall, thanks Erwin and HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited for a great experience.

The owner, John C., his staff, particularly Tee, are wonderful! Our techs, Colin and Lewis, were prompt, called on their way, communicated the issue(s) and solved the problem. We did call around for estimates and they were definitely the best price for value and service. Highly recommend!!! GM and KM

Very pleased with HVAC Unlimited, my first time using them. My window was 12 to 4. Steve called to say he was on his way and showed up at 12:30. He checked the HVAC system and found no issues. Previously another company had told me that I needed a whole new unit. Steve assured me that everything was fine, that I didn’t need to replace anything. It was such a relief to hear that. I will definitely be using HVAC Unlimited again.

HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited (HVAC Unlimited) replaced my entire HVAC system, and I was very pleased with their work. The install manager spent 1/2 hour on the phone answering my questions before any work was even done, and the two guys who did the work were punctual and very professional. They left the inside and outside work areas spotless, answered my questions, and showed me how to program my new WiFi Digital Programmable Thermostat. They sent me pictures of the new condenser unit on the roof of my condo building, the model number, and the rooftop work area (because building residents aren't allowed up there). The new HVAC works great and is much quieter than the old one. Two days later, they called to ask whether everything is working well and to ask whether I had any questions or concerns. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!
