09.22.2022: Again, outstanding performance and outstanding personnel including Tee, Delan and Thomas Baker (plumber extraordinaire). I found a water leak under my kitchen sink, called Delan and they had Thomas at my house that afternoon! Unfortunately, the following day the faucet was dripping (completely unrelated to previous leak). I called Tee and she scheduled Thomas for the following morning ~ although, she tried to get him here the same afternoon and kept me informed. Thomas was here 1st thing this a.m., did a great job, cleaned up, very personable, polite and knowledgeable and explained what he did. I, again, highly recommend this company!

2017: I just had a new furnace, air condition and coil, and hot water heater installed by HVAC Unlimited. It was a great experience all around -- the workers (Randy, Tri, Darrold) were all extremely polite, very pleasant and wanted to ensure I was happy. They moved throw rugs, covered floors, cleaned up, replaced rugs, etc. In addition to being very efficient, they did a great job. They will certainly be my go-to company for any HVAC issues as well as bi-annual inspections.

6 months later: first time I used AC since installation and it didn't work. Called the company and spoke w/a very polite woman who made an appt. as soon as I was available. Tech (Ronnie) called 30 minutes before arrival, extremely polite and determined the line was frozen and explained when AC is installed in cool temperatures (November) it is difficult to properly test the pressure of refrigerant. Since the unit had been running he was unable to do anything yesterday, but called and got an appt. for a tech to come out today (Saturday, Memorial Day w/e). Again, extremely polite technician (Kevin) called 30 minutes before arrival, added refrigerant, explained about winter installation and apologized several times for the inconvenience. Again, I would highly recommend this company for new installation and/or repairs.

Chance came late Saturday night to take care of an emergency plumbing problem in my kitchen that occurred while I was away. He is a complete professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he would do and how he would do it, placed drop cloths to protect the floor and inside the cabinet where the pipes were, and cleaned up everything before he left. He made sure the kitchen plumbing was working correctly before leaving, and made sure I felt confident that was the case. It's rare to find a technician who goes the extra mile. Chance did, and I will be sure to call on him again if the need arises and recommend him to anyone in need of an A+ plumber.

Recently I called HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited because I wasn’t receiving enough hot water. Robert came out and inspected my 50 gallon water heater. He explained that the heater was in good working order. He took his time to explain to me that the hot water demand was too much for my size water heater. He provided me with a few options and gave me his proffesional recommendation. I decided to install a tankless water heater so that my family never runs out of hot water. He quoted me a price and I was pleasantly surprised thinking I would have to pay much more. The office arranged a time for it to be installed and Robert was on time so I didn’t spend my day waiting for service. Robert and his colleagues worked diligently and the final product shows a level of craftsmanship that exceeded my expectations. The experience was 5 star from the moment I called HVAC Unlimited. The office staff was efficient and polite. Robert was on time, wore shoe covers, was not pushy when he gave me my options, he didn’t rush through our appointment, and the final product looks and works fantastically. I would use and recommend this company again for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Robert for making this such a pleasant experience.

We have used HVAC Unlimited for many many years and have always been very pleased with their service. The technician, Steve, is very professional and personable and always a pleasure to deal with. I was very much at ease with him coming into my home during COVID-19 as he was very respectful with distancing and was wearing a face mask, gloves and shoe protection.

Steve was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions to our satisfaction and followed the COVID protocol in all aspects. All around nice guy. Very happy with HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited.

They came in at the lowest price compared to the other reputable HVAC companies I contacted. They scheduled my install within a few days of me calling them. There were no issues with the install and they didn't leave a mess and left it as clean as when they started. The installation crew was professional as well. I had a good experience from start to finish. My condo association also uses them exclusively. Great job!

Such great service today. Attention to detail is fantastic, down to bringing the exact same stones to match existing around the condenser unit, sealing the duct work with paste and fitting everything into a tight space logically and neatly. Great installers, worked well as a team, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend to any and all.

The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. The technicians are professional and very knowledgeable. You will get outstanding service at a fair price.
