I’ve used Commonwealth for several years exclusively and refer them to others in my community every chance I get. Stacey takes my call every time with the friendliness and assurance and kindness that one hopes for when the need arises for their service. Mark arrives ON TIME with the professional attitude and the knowledge and commitment to repair the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner. It’s FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME EVERY TIME. I would consider going NOWHERE ELSE for my heating/a/c system needs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you don’t either.

Commonwealth always delivers honest, high quality service. My central air wasn’t cooling last week, called on a Monday morning and they came out that afternoon to troubleshoot & fix. Didn’t try to sell me a new system, no upselling additional services I didn’t need - to the contrary, when I asked if we should do something additional, Mark flat out told me no and why it wasn’t a good idea at this time. Love this company and will continue to use them, you should too!

Had an issue with a ducted mini split and Mark from Commonwealth was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. He also noted that my contractor who built the addition, which the mini split supplies, undersized the unit. Mark issued me a good estimate for replacement of the unit with a properly sized one and am planning on doing just that.
