I can highly recommend this company for their responsiveness and professionalism. No one is happy about their HVAC breaking in the evening or weekend. Fortunately, Commonwealth Cooling & Heating came to the rescue in both cases. Parts on hand, everything was up and running within a short period. Costs and service charges were disclosed in advance. Awesome experience with Commonwealth. Had issues with our humidifier that was installed by another company. Mark from Commonwealth came out, got it straightened out and took the time to explain proper operation, correct pad replacement, etc. Far superior service than the other company. Commonwealth will have our business going forward.

I find Commonwealth Cooling & Heating to be unique in the residential HVAC business because they are a small family-run business who strive to provide world-class service at a fair price. I’ve used the large provides over the years but I always felt that the technician’s objective was to find problems so they could increase the billing amount. With Commonwealth, the technicians give me options when problems arise including a “wait and see” option when the risk of waiting has limited impact. I appreciate their thoughtful assessment but I also know that when service is required, the work will be completed professionally.

We needed a whole new hvac system, and quick, with an extremely hot weather system moving into the area. Commonwealth gave us a fast quote with several options, and two days later were able to come over for the install. And talk about fast, the three friendly guys doin the work were done hours before the quoted estimation! I was thrilled to see a quality product as well, as they carry the Carrier/Bryant line.
