We have a hot water Base Board heat system and it wasn't working. We called M.E. Flow and they were able to come out the very next next day. Aaron and Rojillo (sp?) were early (we got a heads-up they would be) and after I explained the situation and showed them around, they went straight to work. They assessed the situation and after a couple hours, got our base board heat flowing again. They took the time to explain the system to me and what they determined the problem to be (air in the pipes) and we now have heat from the base boards again. Less than $90 for the service call and they did the whole job for under $370. Great job by these two professionals. We were extremely pleased by the quick response and the quality work. Would definitely use M.E. Flow again.

Great experience with M.E. Flow from start to finish. Very knowledgeable techs and professional service. We needed a new heat pump system installed and found M.E. Flow to be the best bang for our buck with their excellent financing options. Installation was quick and painless. Even the scheduling was fast (a couple days) compared to some of their competitors that said it would take weeks before they could do the install. Highly recommend M.E. Flow if you need some HVAC work done.

Called for multiple repair needs and they were able to schedule a visit for the same day. Plumber, Melvin Morales, arrived in a timely manner and addressed all of my concerns/issues. He provided thorough explanations, his honesty and quality work was very much appreciated. Highly recommend him and M.E. Flow as a whole.

We used MEFlow services to check on our HVAC system. They were punctual, courteous, did the repairs and explained what the problem had been. Overall, they were very professional and we'd highly recommend them.

Plumber Sean Clay came out and helped us with a tricky clogging and draining issue with our sink. He was professional, knowledgeable and got the job done even though it took more time than expected. Would highly recommend!

Esteban was incredibly helpful and did a wonderful job replacing my broken water heater. He offered to position the new unit to a better spot and has got me about 6sqft of additional space in the utility closet. It’s the exact level of service I expected from a local company I heard good things about. Thank you!

Recently switched to using Flow for HVAC service including having them install a mini split system. These guys are pretty great. They aim to please. Techs are always knowledgeable and friendly and reliable and the prices are reasonable

We had a contract with them. They fixed our AC and said "everything was ok with it" , a week later it broke again. We called to get it fixed and they came and determined something was broken. They stated that they did not have the part and would need to order it and it would cost us around a grand to repair. After three days of no response in 90 degree weather my family was left in hell. Our three dogs were extremely hot and my elderly sick Grandmother was left to the extreme heat. My 80 year old grandmother dealt with the matter but was repeteadly ignored and told they were getting the part. They scammed my elderly grandmother. We had three fish die from the heat during this time and it definetly took its strain on the whole family in multiple ways. After being fed up, we contacted a different company which came and ended up informing us that "our unit was perfectly fine, and that M.E. Flow turned off our unit most likely to scam us into buying a part that we did not need at all. Dead pets, extremely hot weather, elderly chronically ill residents were scammed and lied to.

The plumber, Guillermo Soto, came promptly. He was friendly and very professional. He quickly detected the reason for the leak, explained how he planned to make the repair, and gave us a prompt and detailed estimate. He completed the repair efficiently and effectively.

I would like to thank Ulises and Nicholas for installing a new hot water heater. They had to work in a very confined space to get the old heater out and the new one in. They were very professional in explaining exactly what they were doing and took the time to lay down tarps and remove everything. Their professional demeanor and interpersonal skills were very evident and appreciated. I would also like to thank Rodney, the Operations Manager who was able coordinate getting the replacement and equipment executed with such a quick response. He is definitely a great leader and truly concerned with customer service.
